Parents are responsible for EVERYTHING their child does until that child moves out of the house.
I'm getting really tired of people who are too stupid to reproduce blaming everyone else for their childs problems. YOU the parent are to blame.

That is 100% the PARENTS fault fit not watching what their child was doing.

Typical of parents today, always playing the "blame game"! Bottom line, it is the parents responsibility to know what their kids are doing. Kids need to be supervised! Kids today are raising themselves!

WOW! there is no way in hell my children would be able to 1.go to country mart without me taking them. 2. bring home and keep that much frosting without me noticing it, and 3. eat all that frosting with me noticing.....some parenting lady!

Parents thses days want to blame everybody but themselves. Take accountability in your lives and fess up to mistakes. My wife and children are doing an excellent job at keeping me on a health kick. I have gicven up smoking too. It's on the psrents for this one. That's my two cents.

UMM, NO it isn't. I live at Huffman Trailer court and Rolla Jr High makes my son walk home. The day this happened instead of walking home he got a ride to country mart and bought the frosting. My son has a credit card I gave him for whatever he needs to get. We are on food stamps and I'm planning on just not paying or canceling the card. This is very clearly the fault of the store and a trial by jury has deemed so in this class action lawsuit against country mart, my family was compensated for our damages

Next, I am going to move to Northwye so my son will have to walk past King Kong Kia so maybe they will sign him up for a car lease and then we will beat that in court and come out with a nice car to ride around in. We used to live in Whitsons but I got tired of Panera cuz that is all he would ever get given. Maybe we should go back there since Colton's opened up. They prolly have some good dumpster divin since it is a stake house and all...

Frankly, i am not fat. At 38 yrs old I have less than 13% bodyfat. I run marathons and do triathlons. My workouts take around 25-29 hours a week, unless I am prepping for a race and the time goes up to 35-39 hours a week. So, fat I am not. My child would not be if retailers did not prey on him and others like him. So now you know.
Wow you spend 30 hours a week working on yourself. I thought you said you had no time to help your own child. When you become a parent it's time to stop thinking about yourself. You can't blame anyone but yourself for how your child has turned out.

It has been two years since Country Mart sold my son 60 tubs of frosting. We are still dealing with the effects to this date. My son, who is now 14 is 280 pounds overweight. He weights 464 pounds. He started attending rolla high school and had to get a special desk because of his size. I really wish the cashier at country mart would have thought about the future of my sons life before she sold my son all that frosting.
How much did you receive in the settlement and what group of people were named in the class action suit? Some others might be able to collect from country mart for their negligence.

You are spending 25-29 hours a week working out???

When do you have time to work? But, more importantly WHEN DO YOU HAVE TIME TO SPEND WITH YOUR CHILD???

Sounds like your child would be much better off if the authorites took your him away from you - BECAUSE IT'S OBVIOUS - YOU ARE AN UNFIT PARENT!!!

Sounds like your are much more concerned about YOUR PRECIOUS "FAT FREE BODY" - than you about your son's health & welfare!

I can't believe a 38 year old parent would be so self-possessed!

HAVE YOU EVER GIVEN ANY THOUGHT TO TAKING YOUR CHILD WITH YOU TO YOUR WORK OUT & MAKING HIM WORK OUT???

It sounds like your son is crying out for attention from you - IN THE ONLY WAY HE KNOWS HOW - killing himself with food...

What's your address, I think somebody needs to notify the authorities!
