Looking to move to a cheap place in town. Myself and I are checking out Woodcrest Tailor park. Driven through the property every second evening.

Not sure about signing a lease yet, until more feedback. The residents never appear to be there, but expensive trucks outside the homes.

I want to save on rent...thats all.

Suggestions or Recomendations.

Appreciated,

Kindly,
Simon

Heard nothing negative until now.

Wife and I don't do drugs, still want to live there to save $$. Not nosy or overbearing, Are there people or trailers to be avoided??

Driven through a few times...seemed quiet, and cheaper then renting an apartment. Getting the idea...

Its a little better if you live in the part of it thats in the city limits [cleaner],and i heard they are going to do some pavement work this summer, but if i were guessing Chris Blair will put it off for another 3 or 4 years.Until he cant get his SUV down the roads. There are some very nice older folks that live there to.To try to save a dime or two,but some younger ones also.Drugs there are just has bad as all the barking dogs lots of them.lol I killed 2 last month that bite me.And you cant forget about all the cats,if you move there you will need a good garbage can with a tight fitting lid and a brick or two on top of it just to keep the cats out of it!!If i were you i would invest in a good pellit gun or a 22 for the stray pets......you may need to use it on some of the people that may try to break into your place lol.. Good luck to ya!!

The trailer park is laced with low life's and very bad people, whom are known to police and operate everyday.

Drive by with your children fora tour. There is one guy from there who tried to steal something from Russ & Reena package store. They got a video grab of his move. Jim Faulkner

Bottom line. Quit the idea of moving there.

Yes. I want to rent cheaply to buildup savings for a house downpayment.

But after the some of the feedback, reconsidering that too cheap may not be in the best interest of being mugged or worse.

Are you a current or ex-resident of that trailer park? Just asking. These people ought to be studied on who they are and what drives them on to get the heck out.

All of you with your noses stuck in the air better let the air out. You really should be ashamed of yourselves.
I happen to live in Woodcrest. Im a single mom with a college education and yes, the economy is terrible, and I am not rich. I also own my own trailer.
There are good people in this community, probably better people than you that have your noses held so high. I'd trust them to save me in a fire, you might not want to get your hands dirty, though.
Enough of my ranting, it just really disturbs me that people put a price on humanity. If you live in a trailer, you arent worthy, right? Karma is a bitch, I will tell you all that.
Simon, Woodcrest does have it's share of questionables, but as does every neighborhood. In fact, one of the worst lives in the capitol of our very united states, so dont let your neighbors fool you.
I have lived here for 5 years, and no one has been anything but nice. Everyone minds their own business, at least on my side.
