Im all for local law enforcement catching up to the times, but I have to say...this is pretty much what that individual was talking about. You talk about free speech? Well he excercised his right of free speech by questioning whether or not RPD FB page was really an appropriate use of are hard earned tax dollars at work. I do NOT agree with the fact that now, after its all said and done, "adults" are here bashing him. I do not think its great either that when someone says something on their fb page, "adults" start bashing them and NO ONE points out that that type of behavior is inappropriate

It doesn't matter where you are from. The LAW applies to every citizen of this country whether they lived in Rolla their whole lives or not.
And whom do you me be 'we'? Who these people who's support you volunteered without naming or consulting?"

Are you completely stupid or just a little?
I just slept with your mama. She said she is still disappointed that you came out of her body.

Regarding the stupidity, I would suggest you let yourself get tested by certified psychologist. If you can not afford it, post it on here, and we'll investigate means to pay them for evaluating your mental state. You might be lucky and not have anything to to pay out of pocket.

This is very important. I think you need to get yourself checked. I'm with you all the way.

Btw - your mama's innards were kind of yucky and salty.

Put your real name. If you are afraid to be corrected or flattened I will understand that you are a chicken.

Individuals that monitor and comment on Rolla PD FB Page amaze me. Likewise, the Rolla Police Department bask in the fact that over 9,000 people now like them, or are fans of them. The Department has never indicated that the maximum responses they get on any given individual content they posted has topped a little over 200 comments.
I understand and appreciate that they are here to uphold and enforce the laws at the Federal, State city level - including local ordinances.
Their Facebook content has recently been bewildering, leading me to question the level of education, and whether or not those respective institutions were accredited!
RPD's FB content ranges from [attempted] humor (i.e.'Caption This') to serious reports on arrests and alleged criminal inftions.
I present possible reasons for persons of this community to respond to RPD's FB content, and divide them into categories for your convience:
White Collar Group (Minimum Wage)
- User is nosey.
- User is bored.
- User doesn't have a life, and their entertainment is extracted solely from RPD's FB Page.
- User don't have enough money to get away out of Rolla.
Local Group - people who grew up in Rolla and regretted they never left the area to pursue their dreams
- User is VERY nosey
- User has abandoned hope
- User develops guilty sentiments and has urges to interact and assist the community (i.e. Julie Viessmann MacCash and Charlie Mitchell)
Affluent and Wealthy Group
- User wants to stay informed of current events.
- User is a lawyer seeking new clients to defend
- User is Mr. Beger (Current Prosecutor) seeking information on whom he will face in court.
- User is nosey
Average Middle Class Group
- User is bored.
- User is gets entertainment from the content.
- User is needs to deviate from marital or personal issues.
- User has a vested interest in alleged crimes committed adjacent to their property.
Connected Group
- User is a family member of a Law Enforcement Officer (i.e. Verna & Desiree Dillon).
- User is a covert Law Enforcement user.
Civil Liberties Group
- User wants to determine whether their civil rights are being infringed upon.
- User compares RPD to reports on Fox News to current events around them.
Individuals with a criminal History
- User desires to be informed whether his/her name was mentioned.
*Have a nice day. I am not sorry for anybody who was offended by my sentiments.
So with all of your talk that I can only assume you think makes you look smart you made a big mistake. Your "White Collar" group (minimum wage) is inaccurate. White Collar are consider the Wealthy Affluent Group. I am sure it was just a typo and you really meant to say "Blue Collar" group as that is more in line with minimum wage workers.
Have a nice day and I hope I did offend you by pointing out your stupidity even though you did an excellent job of that all on your own.

This is Sarah. We are dining at Sybil's. I just told my husband about his typo. He literally spat out his calamari out of laughter. LOL.

He says thank you for reading and for the correction!

Your post was the highlight of our day and the people around us.

Thanks for the laugh! Very much appreciated!

Mr. Oerther has a point. RPD is all over the place in their facebook postings. If they're going to post, they should adhere to a very limited, community oriented style. And no, they should not post warrants online Quite frankly, they don't fucking need a FB page. The RPD are the ones with too much time on their hands if they've got time to spare posting on the internet.
I think it's great that they have a fb page. It's nice to know that that dept is doing their job and has proof. Plus it's nice to know what all happens in Rolla.
