You aren't smarter than that. You don't understand the reasons for their sacrifice.
If you want us to believe you are as smart as you say, list the reasons people choose the military and why they are wrong. I bet you miss some big ones.
Thank you.

<quoted text>Who cares what u did, I dont wont to go in the military cause im smarter than that. Alot of people who join the military simply dont have any other options so I get tired of hearing about serving your country blah blah blah...Not everyone whos in the military is like that but alot of them have no other choice...
I had options. I had a lot of options. Because I am intelligent, I received a full ride scholarship for a prestigious school--that was NOT from the military. I chose to join the military for I was thinking of my future. The future spouse, the future family and eventually my future retirement. My future back then is now a reality...I've taken great care of my family, providing for them and their futures.

So don't say a lot of people who join the service don't have options. They do have options. They are selfless men and women who sacrifice more than you will ever know. Furthermore, spouses, family and friends who support the service member are just as selfless in their sacrifices.

I am heartily sorry you get tired of hearing about how people serve your country. I hope and pray for your own sake, you will think twice before you rattle crap off like that again. I hope you will see a veteran and thank him/her for serving your country.

Allegiance.

Where'd you go Amy? This was your opportunity to shine and show us all how brilliant you are.

It's a good thing you were 'smart' enough not to go into the military. I'd feel safer with an armed monkey than someone of your enormous intellect.

Some understand what freedom takes, some don't. My favorite part of her statement was the proclamation of intelligence in the same sentence to justify abject stupidity.

Thank you.

All you people talking bad about people in the military are pathetic. People want an easy way to get out to see the world or actually be apart of something bigger than just themselves. While you just sit on your ass in lame ass Missouri. Have fun with that, you really are smart. Haha

It's probably best you only write when written to. There isn't a whole lot of intelligence coming out. You aren't qualified to make any such judgements because every one of the them is better than you.

First of all I agree smoking stinks. I think about it every time someone gets close to me. I'm a smoker. Don't smoke in the house but I do smoke in my car. Cigarettes are my crutch. If I wasn't smoking I could be on some kind of mood altering anxiety drug or how about drinking. And yes in my car. So look out Guy Eric mammy bored and the rest of you complainers. They say second hand smoke kills. I say not quick enough.

At this moment I can't rember his name or the date but one of the first successfull settlers in Amercian was only able to do so because he snuck tobacco seeds here and began growing it. He did this before Colombus.I can look this up to give you the straight facts ie name and dates if you want this. My opion on this matter does not matter, I'm just giving facts.

That was almost as brilliant as your last comment. I can see how smart you are. You sure the military just wouldn't accept you and now you are bitter?

<quoted text>I was responding to an earlier post, it doesnt make them bad parents if they smoke but if they do it around the kids I do believe that is a bad example and bad for their kids health.
Post on topix sets a worse example than smoking. Then when directly confronted at what you posted, you automaticly say you were not responding to them. You are a coward in ever sense of the word.
