We went to eat lunch there yesterday, but were informed of this. Anyone know why they didn't pass inspection/ when will they be open again? Seems there has been a lot of issues for any restaurant there- I know this health dept thing has happened there before but had hoped it would be different with Millers Grill??????

My only question is will the bar upstairs still be opened. Best bar in town in case anyone was wondering... 80's party there last weekend was awesome. It's got a great dance floor and the music isn't annoyingly loud like at Bruno's.

Wow I know of several places in this town that should not be open esp if the health department would just do random inspections and not give a couple days notice for the places to clean up.

Hello Rolla,
The above posting on the violations apply to previous inspection before Miller's Grill occupied the building. At this time the Missouri Department of Health has not conducted an inspection for our company but is scheduled. I believe that you can go to the Health Department's web site and verify this information.
Also, Miller's Grill takes pride in our operations and sanitation systems that are utilized in our other three locations. Anybody can visit the Health Department web sites for Texas, Franklin, and Pulaski counties and see our reputation for cleanliness.
Should anybody like to take a tour of our facilities, please feel free to come see us.
We are very excited about bringing the 'Miller's Grill way' of doing things to Rolla. Our intent is to provide the community a casual dining experience with a wonderful atmosphere, great service, and quality food in a clean and comfortable environment on a very consistent basis.
Our doors will be open on Tuesday, July 5th. Hours of operation will be 7 days a week, 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. There will still be live entertainment on Friday and Saturday Nights, and the upstairs lounge will continue to operate as it has in the past

Bottom line, it's the manager's resposibility to have these condition remedied, if it is to dimiss "lazy employees" then that also is his responsibility. So yes, it is the owners responsibility to dimiss the manager for not dismissing the lazy employees. Especially when the violations are continued.

It is hard to take care of lazy employees and fix issues when the owners of Benton Square have no clue what they are talking about and doesn't listen to their managers.
