I caught bits and pieces on the scanner about a woman getting her head run over by a pick up truck in Surgoinsville. I pray that she is alright. I'm not looking for names or anymore info just if she's ok.

Haven't heard anything about anything like that. There was an accident in Church Hill yesterday evening around the Top Gun area. Don't think anyone was seriously injured.

The story I heard about the Surgoinsville incident was a lady named Tina Herron had exited a truck driven by a fellow named Greg Leake. She fell but he wasn't aware of it and his pickup did run over her head. The gentleman, and I use that term sarcastically, then fled the scene. She was injured, but not seriously. He was arrested this evening and I believe this isn't Leake's first arrest.

Poor ole Greg, the "lady", in question. Goes to sleep drunk and wakes up drunk. I feel sorry for her too, she's pitiful. Sheez, she just fell off her mother's porch not long ago and had sixteen stitches in her head.

Apparently she's fine, it's hard to believe one could have one's head ran over by a truck and not have serious injuries. She has a lot to be thankful for this year.

i know her condition.. she had to have both ears worked on. he was going very slow causing the tire to skid her head on the pavement. he didnt know it was happening until someone yelled at him.absolutely NOONE in tina's family is mad at him. everyone knows he should have stayed, even the police knows it was an accident, but because of his actions now he is in deep trouble.if you knew greg you would feel sorry for him. this is about tina's 5th chance flirting with death. if you are going to pray, pray that this will teach people who huff, pop pills, and drink that one day your luck will run out. she should be going home today. im sure she will come home with painkillers so she and her friends will be happy for awile. greg was giving her a ride before he went to work. tina has never had a job, she is 25 yrs. old with no insurance during all the many stays in the hospital. greg is not much better, but at least he does work and i was told he does have insurance so at least tax-payers wont have to pay for this one.

This girl is nothing but trouble. She has had so many arrests, warrents and restraining orders against her...Apparently she lives with an OLD man and they bum off everyone..They really like the mentally challenged who are afraid to speak for themselves. Tina is a dead beat and should be put in a insane asylum for the rest of her life, or her parents should me MADE to keep her.

Daddy Leake is 46, son is in 20's. Daddy had the misfortune of being involved with this "crazy girl" She is nuts and Leon is too. They both need to be locked up for a long while. I went to school with DL and he was a real nice guy back then. He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. I hope he doesn't get in too much trouble for this.

i am a member of tina's family(not bragging)everyone in our family was trying to find greg to turn himself in. the police told us it would be much easier for him. we couldnt find him. yes, he is pitiful and everyone takes advantage of him. i believe he had a rough childhood and watched his brother get killed on a motorcycle.but most people have some hard times. he and all his friends(?) should grow up

Hard life my butt! I've known him, his brother, mother, father and his WHOLE family since they moved here and as kid's they have had EVERYTHING they wanted, all the money they wanted, so don't put this "had a hard life/childhood" crap out here, I can make fast believers REAL fast.
He has CHOSE to be where he is right now and it's not been because of him having a bad childhood. Sounds like you have listen to too many of his story's.
