Never said he's not guilty. Did I?
you people are so quick to judge someone. Why not let it ride out and wait for the verdict before throwing him into the fire. Besides why do you care who the judge is? If there is no reason for you to be standing in front of him?

Wake up, Momma! I care because he is sitting in judgment of people for smaller crimes than he has been accused of, i.e. sexual harassment, wrongful termination, fraud, theft, misappropriation, illegal solicitation of funds, fraudulent billing of the State of Tennessee (2) counts so far, extortion, misuse of trust account, contempt of judicial order, adultery.

The people he is sitting in judgment of need to come forth en masse to demand retrials by a judge who evinces no semblence of impropriety.

This poster must either be Taylor, family or a special retarded friend! Everyone else in the community fully understands what a crook he is..... allegedly!

is being paid by my tax monies, passing judgement on people in my community, and the proof right now in on him to convince the voters that he is worthy of that task! When there is this much smoke around an office holder it is our duty to do something about it before more damage can be done. He does not have the right to sit as Judge just because he wants to. Believing that he would have already stepped down if he were innocent. He is still there because he has a sense of entitlement - which is also wrong. He does not own the office. Step down Judge until this thing is settled. If there is a drug issue with any of our elected officials then it is no wonder we have the drug problem that we have in this county. If you had the money/drugs to buy your way out of trouble, then would you not want him to stay? Time to get down to business and do the right thing.

Here are the names of the commissioners who voted for Judge Taylor: Danny Alvis, B. D. Cradic, Dustin Dean, Linda Kimbro, Virgil Mallett, Joe McLain, Hubert Neal, Lynn Short, Syble Trent, Stacy Vaughan, Thomas Wheeler.

Remember, some or all of these commissioners were bribed for their vote, according to sworn testimony and an investigation by the TBI.

Also, remember that "Judge Brand" wrote a letter recommending Taylor be appointed AFTER Judge Brand died. This letter was mailed to the commissioners from persons unknown.

You have some serious ethical problems given that you are stating it doesn't matter whether judges are corrupt criminals.

YES IT DOES MATTER.

Look folks! It's kind of funny at this point. There is no money - the Taylor's are broke! That's why Judge Taylor stole to live a lavish lifestyle while he and Julia Taylor North both swindled money through unethical promissory notes they owed that poor old elderly handicapped woman who recently filed her lawsuit.

The Taylor well is dry! But seriously, seeing him prosecuted for his alleged crimes against elderly, physically and mentally challenged women is better than money!

Can hardly believe #6, or anyone else for that matter, is ignorant enough to ask "why do you care who the judge is?"

Don't forget: Danny Alvis, B. D. Cradic, Dustin Dean, Linda Kimbro, Virgil Mallett, Joe McLain, Hubert Neal, Lynn Short, Sbyle Trent, Stacy Vaughan, Thomas Wheeler are to be blamed for putting him on the bench.

Melville Bailey has access to more information than all 21 commissioners and on the first month voted he could have broken the tie and selected another judge. So you have to include Mel in those 11 as well. He knew Taylor was headed for more trouble at that time.

He is yet another Spires' Chapel congregant, by the way. Remember this when next you vote, folks!

You should also remember that Hawkins Today reported every bit of this in detail, blow by blow. The Rogersville Review however, declined to comment or even print the onslaught of lawsuits.

When the handcuffs are locked, wonder who will release the story first? I hope someone has a cellphone nearby to capture the Kodak moment for the victim(s)' sakes.

People that think the county commission was unbiased can dream on. Remember two of the county commissioners are active law enforcement officers, one of them helped nominate taylor and strongly supported him. You better believe that you will have the book thrown at you by taylor if these select members have a personal reason to not like you.

Taylor won't step down. He'll have to be bodily removed from the bench. If it's correct that sessions judge makes $165,000 a year, he can take $13,750 of our tax dollars every additional month he can manage to hold on.

Thank God, Taylor has a nice salary now so he won't have to steal as much from the State or mentally and physically handicapped clients or elderly female victims. LOL!

So what if he corrupts the political process of Hawkins County! Let the commissioners and taxpayers suffer for their actions and inactions. No biggie! Eventually Hawkins County will be obliged to bear the expense of retrying numerous cases he presides over. There will be many new trials granted because Hawkins County will be in an uproar when they hear the crimes he has actually committed against the State.

The female victims he stole from will not be the thorn in the flesh that will bring his azz down.

Can we say 'Baumgartner X 20'! LOL

This is really an ignorant statement! People absolutely should care who the judge is! Their tax dollars pay him! At the very least, this judge has a bad reputation due to the charges against him, and that doesn't matter to you?
