I just want to say, " Great job Stacy Vaughan"!!!
Stacy took down another meth lab in Mt Carmel. Seems like the suspect had all the ingredience for meth, but had no tail lights. What a dummy. Anyways, great job Stacy, and I hope you run for Sheriff one day, I'd vote for you

I'm all for roasting the butts of any drug manufacturer and dealer.
Judge Dredd their asses, I say.

Psssst, Justice...it's spelled characteristics.
Folks might find it easier to pronounce it that way.

It's pssst, pssst.....don't forget :) Tradition. I haven't heard or read anything about this, but it seems there are more rolling labs. This is a very, very sad drug. It is the po mans crack. It's worse than that. I can't believe how you look after a couple of years doin' the stuff. Why don't people just swallow drain-o with a chaser of fertilizer??? Or eat a bunch of wooden matches??? This is the danger zone. One way or another, you will be towed. Good job to our law enforcement, a program whose presence needs to be known if you are messing with the junk.

I posted this in another forum, but meant to post it here, so, here it is.

Unfortunatly, for every action, there is a reaction. Here is the Action: Seems that Busters son, Johnny, didn't have any regards for people close to him, such as his father, boss, kids, spouce, so when he was toting around a Meth lab in his vehicle, he must not have cared about the publicity and embarrassment he would bring upon his loved ones if he got caught. Now everyone he is close to is emabarrassed and ashamed. I'm sorry for that, for their sake.

Now the Reaction: The Mt Carmel Police Dept made a great arrest. Stacy Vaughan managed to secure our neighborhoods of countless amounts of Meth. This Meth could have been made wrong and killed countless amount of people, or been made correctly and addicted the same amount, or someone could have been murdered over it, like we all witnessed in Rogersville two weeks ago. These could have been our children. With this arrest, the whole town of Mt Carmel shines in glory, from the citizens, the officials, the officer (Stacy Vaughan), the Haz-Mat team, etc. and expecially, the Chief of Police, Mr. Jeff Jackson. Mr. Jackson, I applaud you, and your Dept, for a job well done. Thank you.

Where is the charge of "Convicted Felon in Possession Of a Firearm" ??
Wasn't he convicted when he (Johnny Delp) was arrested and convicted in the 90's when he along with Bo Cup and two others were arrested and convicted in selling Cocaine to a Undercover Agent and then the Agent was shot at?

Not only a Convicted Felon in Possession Of a Firearm but a Convicted Felon with a sawed off shot gun!

Kingsport Times reports.....

"Jonathan Paul Delph, 42, 1604 Route 70-N, Rogersville, revealed his license to be revoked due to a DUI conviction from 1999.

Delph was placed under arrest without resistance, but a search of the pickup allegedly revealed Delph to be in possession of meth lab components, a variety of drugs, and several weapons including a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun.

Among the alleged meth lab components seized were a bottled of drain clog remover, nine bottles of starting fluid, a bottle of brake fluid, a gallon of muriatic acid, plastic tubing, aluminum foil, 12 lithium batteries, a large funnel, 58 pseudoephedrine pills still in their packaging, and a jar containing a thick milky substance believed to be ground-up pseudoephedrine.

Aside from the shotgun, police said other weapons seized from Delph included an expandable police baton, brass knuckles and a 6½-inch fillet knife lying on the front seat.

A lock box on the front seat contained two plastic baggies containing marijuana, an electronic scale, several straws and three “crack pipes,” police said. In a green “fanny pack” Vaughan reported finding six pills and a plastic bag containing a white powder believed to be meth.

Delph was charged with manufacturing meth, possession of Schedule II narcotics, possession of marijuana, violation of the Tennessee Drug Control Act, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a prohibited weapon, violation of the light law, driving on a revoked license, and unlawful possession of a weapon."

.....Unlawful possession of a weapon is far less weak of a charge than a Federal case of "Convicted Felon in Possession Of a Firearm".

Saw Off Shot gun at that! A Federal Charge it's self!
Thats Crap

Unfortunately a shotgun does not apply to the law. It is for pistols only. The unlawful possession charge comes in that is illegal to have a Sawed Off shotgun.
