TELL ME WHY YOU HATE WORKING AT WALMART..I'LL TELL YOU WHY I HATE WORKING THERE..THE MANAGEMENT (BRENDA FRAZIER) AND ALL OF THE REST OF THEM ARE HORRIBLE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES, THEY MAKE EVERYONE WORK TOO HARD FOR NO PAY AT ALL, AND THEY WON'T GIVE ANYONE FULL TIME HOURS OR BENEFITS SO I CAN'T EVEN FEED MY FAMILY. I HAVE TO WORK TWO JOBS JUST TO KEEP FOOD ON MY TABLE, BUT THE MANAGEMENT THERE HAS THEIR 'FRIDGE FULLY STOCKED AT ALL TIMES, I'M SURE...ANY OTHER FELLOW WALMART HATERS ??(ROGERSVILLE WALMART TO BE EXACT)

Is there any member of management who would like to explain why their employees are treated so badly? You are aware that disgruntle employees can create a large about of damaged stock. A DVD player accidentally slips here or a old meat is restocked with fresh meat out of revenge. I would strongly suggest management take a cold hard look at it's heavy handed tactics, due to the fact that what goes around usually comes around in hard times like these. Management should remember that, the worker you stand on today may be keeping you from falling into the hole tomorrow. Be nice.

people that complain will do that at any job when they are expected to work , show up on time and not call in . Im sick of people that get a job( when they probably have no intention on keeping it) and complain because they dont make top wage or their hours suck or the work is to hard. shut up already when you get a job and you dont like it get out. it doesnt make the whole place bad just cause you dont like it.get a clue every job every where has bad points about it. you cant start a job and expect to make top dollar. everyone has a boss just suck it up already

I worked at Wal-Mart for a 1 1/2 years. I loved it. I'm a people person, and being a cashier was fun for me. Although, there were many things I disliked about it -such as not getting breaks and lunch on time- but nothing can ever be perfect. The managers were always nice to me, and when I was being harassased by a lesbian employee, they took every measure possible to help me. They drove my car to the back of the building so I could leave without her following me, everytime the girl and I worked the same days, they would always keep an eye on me. Every CSM was nice and friendly. But you have to go into a job with a positive attitude, or you're going to focus on all the negatives.

How do you expect Wal-Mart to pay their employees liveable wages? Each member of the Walton family is only worth 20 billion dollars. I heard that about 10 years ago. They're probably worth a lot more than that now.

I work there too. I like it there. We have a good group of associates and yea there are a few sour apples. This is everywhere. The management will take care of the workers, but I have seen those who are lazy and just eating away the time clock avoiding work, those are the ones (which are probably all you who are so negative) that they talk to. Yes, if you aren't doing your job, management needs to tell you so, and why should I be picking up the slack for your lazy butt. If you don't like it there, just get another job and quit complaining. NO one really cares about your negative attitude, and if you already have quit. GOOOD! I'm glad you are gone. Walmart is a good job and it puts food in my fridge, beer on my table and GAS in my car.

It's not the store, employee that I hate in WalMart, it's the parents who are shopper who can't control their kids. Crying babies, little kids running thru the store or teenagers throwing footballs around.
If you take your children to ANY store, why don't you watch them or leave them at home. And shut up those crying babies. Babies should be crying like that. Maybe your kids need to be taught manners. Something I see lacking in Rogersville!
Control you kids! That's what I hate at Wal-Mart.

Well, I also worked at wal-mart. It was alright, not the dream job that they try to brain wash you to believe when you go in for orientation. Anyways, I was a cart-pusher the worst job that they have. I most of the time had no help, and sometimes I would work for 13hrs with no help so when I took my lunch break the parking lot would be full when i got back, and then they had the testicular foritude to tell me it was my fault and i could do better, for what i was making i was at a set pace! Don't get me wrong I was working my ass off to keep management off my back, but at the same time I wasn't going to kill myself. The worst thing about being a cart-pusher is not only do you have to put up with bitchy customers and management but you also have the wheather conditions! Bottom line Wal-Mart Sucks, but a job is a job.

I don't work at WalMart, don't plan to. Prices are decent on somethings. Plus, you can find things there that you can't find anywhere else in town, like good video games. However, there meat and produce are nasty. I saw gnats and other bugs all over the produce on Tuesday. Last weekend, we were going to buy the pre-packaged caramel apples in the front only to find bugs inside of the container! Many of the products sold there are of cheap quality. It should be about quality not quantity
