Don't worry about losing your food stamps there will be no end even if they manage to make me leave at the end of my term our government will already be obligated to provide everything for everybody FOREVER.

Your right and in the spirit of compromise I have issued an executive order denying food stamps or any other benefit to any working man that owns a firearm. Nobody can say that I'm not trying to work with congress.

Not too many years ago women weren't expected to work. They worked at home cooking, cleaning and taking care of the kids. Now when a woman TRIES to stay at home and do that very thing and her husband is at an income where assistance such as food stamps is needed, she is told"get a job lazy b." Well, there are still many of us who put our children's well-being FIRST!!! Which in our eyes is being raised by parents,,not a daycare or ANYONE else. That ensures stability and security. Our kids may not have as much STUFF like the latest video games and lots of designer clothes, but they have something money can't buy-a feeling of being loved and secure and a routine which is needed for a healthy well-rounded childhood. So you need to know that there are still families out there who get assistance AND a parent who works 40+ hours a week and when done properly a stay-at-home mother's job is hard and never ends!

You have been watching too many old TV shows. My grandmother worked in cotton mills around 1890 into the 1900s. My mother was a farm wife that worked in the fields for others. When I was a small child a trip to town meant seeing that more than two thirds of the store clerks were women. Stay at home moms were always in the minority except for country women that knew;"A man works from sun to sun,a woman's work is never done" The good ole days.wood cook-stove,carry all your water to the house, milk the cow twice a day, boil your clothes outside, butcher and clean your own chickens, and so on. But you are just a modern woman that wants all the conveniences and are too lazy to earn them yourself. If you live off the government in order to have "well rounded children" all you are teaching them is to be deadbeats. And if your children do work for as living they will be paying on government debt caused by takers like you. You would do anything for your kids except support them.

3 states have started drug testing for food stamps and welfare assistance, it will an eye opener for some when they have to test just like when the workers have to ? just to keep your job or get one? they will rant and rave about it is unconstitutional? wtf? what is fair for the goose is fair for the gander.

I'm all for drug tests for welfare and food stamps, because most of them are just LAZY.But,sadly, they will play the "my children are hungry" card and nothing will be accomplished.I don't give a damn if their children are hungry because they choose to sleep all day, smoke, drink alcohol,do drugs and get tattoos! If we are to drug test,we should prosecute parents (baby momma, baby daddy)with "hungry children" who fail the test and take their kids.

The poor are worse off toay than when I was growing up. I never knew anyone who went hungry then. Some people really deserve help but most don't. Many of them sell their food stamps at less than the amount on the card for cash. This cash is then used to purchase alcohol and drugs. Many of them don't take care of their children. All these government hand outs have created a worthless class of people who won't try to make a honest living, go to school, or much of anything else useful to themselves or society. I had to take drug tests to remain employed. The taxes I paid helped support these losers. They are no better than people who must submit to drug testing to remain employed.

Are you a moron?

The fact that you associated being a concerned, responsible parent with living off government assistance just goes to show how messed up in the head you are. Truly Obama has affected peoples' notions of what is acceptable and what isn't.

What kind of role model are you to be having children that you can't afford? This is a reasonable question to ask, because even high school students are taught that having children is an expensive undertaking.

Oh, I get it, times are tough right now and you need the help just to get by. Well, the fact of the matter is that times have always been tough, life is never fair. The only thing people like you are good at is coming up with sad excuses. Helping needy people wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that nowadays everyone is like you, raising their kids on government assistance.

Just because you pooped out a baby doesn't mean that the rest of us want to have to suffer because of it. I sincerely get tired of women who think that because they pooped out a baby they now deserve special privileges. Like society owes them something. If I were hiring right now, the last person I would ever hire would be a single mom. Living in this area we all know the type, she uses her 3 kids as an excuse to get out of work every day. And that is all it is about: excuses, excuses, excuses. Someone who is unwilling to man up to their own responsibilities, so they avoid doing so.

How about not coming up with the sob stories? I bet the people around you in your personal life are getting tired of your pity parties. You think that because you are suffering in your personal life that this is some sort of martyring, virtuous, character-building experience? Well, if you actually worked for a living, pulled your own weight, and weren't a burden to society, then you would have something to take pride in. But people like you are just losers.

I want you to quit bothering my constituents, these people re-elected me. You greedy working people need to pay more taxes.
It is simply unfair for some people to have more than others. With my new economy I expect to have each and every citizen of this country living in equal poverty.
