Medical van driver accused of rape

Straining to hear the words of a Russian interpreter, a Rogers man accused of raping a woman who had an IQ of 80 seemed to understand when a judge agreed to lower his bail Friday.

Why in the hell would a judge lower this morons bail... There is absolutely no good reason... Short on holding cells? Build more jails. The guy already lied about "no knowing her" and DNA showed that was a crock. These Judges are full of it man and we need to change the rules so they are all elected. Then they'll do their jobs because they have to and not just sit behind their ivory judge desk dealies naked underneath those robes... Disgusting!!

I'm curious how long Yulchinchuk has been in this country. "...owned a home, had deep family ties in the community and had never been in trouble before." Sounds like he's been here long enough to speak English. Why should he need an interpretor? I hope if he's found guilty he's deported after his jail time.

It would be nice if Bill Cosby (whose only son was murdered by a Russian immigrant) spoke out against this crime.

Cosby was really good at running his mouth against "lower income" Blacks when he gave his famous "Poundcake Speech". Perhaps he could follow it up with a "Borscht Speech".
