I took two of his classes...and one of them was last semester. He was the best professor I've ever had.
I am speechless. How can someone so good have their lives ended so tragically and senselessly?
He will be definitely missed by everyone he has touched.

Lucy is correct. He was the best professor I ever had as well. It is absolutely amazing that someone as stupid as a drunk driver can kill an innocent, wonderful person.

Dr. Carr was one of my professor's as well. One of the nicest smartest men I have ever met. He was by far my favorite teacher and the one I remember most. He couldn't do enough for his students. How someone so carelessly could take the life of this innocent man. The fact of the matter is that could have been any of us. This wreckless man should go to jail forever! RIP DR. Carr!

I also took two classes with Dr. Carr and will echo the previous comments of what an outstanding professor and human being he was. It is devastating that a man who dedicated his life's work to helping children with autism and their families and to the education of others can have his life ended in such a way.

Dr. Carr worked with the staff at DDI who assisted my two sons while they received services through EI and CPSE. I also had the opportunity to attend numerous parent training sessions conducted by him. His death is a great loss to our community.

I had Professor Carr last semester for Autism, and he truely was one of the best professors I have ever had. His goal was to better the lives of children with autism spectrum disorders, and teach the students in the field his methods of behavioral therapy and conditioning over medicating these children. His enthusiasm was very apparent in his classroom, and he was so down to earth and such a good person, it is so sad what has happened to him and his wife and my heart goes out to his 20 year old son, Aaron. Rest In Peace.

Being drunk would’ve given him a poor excuse for being a murderer. What’s the excuse now for driving like a douchebag and murdering someone?

Just an accident....I'm sure he didn't want to risk his own life by doing that...just an accident.

An accident or a crash? What caused it? Manufacturer defect with the vehicle or was he paying attention to something other than driving? Did a Linden jump out and attack him causing him to crash?
