Review: Benson's Gun Shop Inc

Both Benson's Gun Shop and the Medford Shooting Range are owned by the same person. Not only are both facilities dirty and unappealing, but their sales staff are rude and nasty. I have no idea how they've stayed in business for this long. Their prices are outrageous and their FFL should be taken away. Who ever heard of charging 25% of the purchase price as a transfer fee??? I will never set foot in either establishments ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Today I went there and found the fat jerkoff behind the counter to be snippy, and a total tool. I went there with the intention of purchasing a revolver, and after asking fatso a question, he snapped at me, so I walked out.

Went to Bensons this morning.Guys were having coffee.They cleared the counter and all three gentlemen were assisting me.I did purchase a pistol and was a good experience

I went to Benson once my entire life after living on this island for 20 years over the summer i have to admit this gun shop is the best the absolute best they helped me answered all my stupid little questions and are sooooooooo reasonable they were very informative I will definitely shop there again and again and again and recommend anyone about them.......have you tried the other gun shops on long island like the one off sunrise i think in sayville they had bad customer service to me i think and benson is clean compared to that spot and its a gun shop how clean do u expect it to be

I dont spend my money in places that have rude employees. Very simple. I've been to both places. Left and made the purchase elsewhere. Plus I saved quite a bit of cash! They just dont get it...

if you go to bensons gun shop ask for RON. have been there a few times. Ron is the most helpful and courteous person.he will make as many phone calls as needed to find what you want if its not available there.

this is funny,at a time when most business' in coram close down, bensons moved to a site at least 2 or 3 times the size of the old one.these guys also used to sell guns out the back door for big bucks.
