I don't beleave that my good friend Trey ( Alvin Milliken )could've done this and if he did he dang sure didn't act alone? I think a closer look @ the doughter is in order? I mean come on there are some things that just don't add up where she is concerned, i bet she aint as innocent as she is trying to act yes I said act. How convenant that she fell asleep at her mom's place of business just before the murder, YEA RIGHT!!!!!!!
I know him and I know he ain't that coldblooded

I am finding it very hard to believe that Trey could"ve done this also its just not him and as far as im concerned they need to look at her also to me she wore the pants in that relationship and he would do anything she wanted..It just makes no sence. Lets face it the girl had a lot of problems of her own..Them smart backwoods police officers should know that....I think she is playing everyone...

I have known this young man for quite some time and have seen him act out in violence for petty reasons. He once knocked a guy out at a party, I could hear the guy hit the floor. I was pretty shocked, I am just not sure how innocent he is. What was the controlled substance? I have known him to do some pretty shady things in the past. Who knows what anyone is really capable of these days.

Oh, and the other comments, refuting his charge...you lose credibility when you misuse grammar and actually type the word 'aint' with sincerety.

well if the town would get together and find out if anybody saw lauren "the daughter" out and about or at a bar or beer store or in town or anywhere on the night of FRIDAY the 13th sometime after 7pm or any time satuday morning the 14th - it would be very helpful - if anybody knows anything, contact trey's family and they will give the info. the appropriate person.... and it's not the law enforcement anymore.... as far as they are concerned, "they've got their guy". and if you're reading this psycho, BOO!

Learn how to spell idiot! Sincerety is not a word genius! Also, you don't know how to use punctuation correctly.

That affidavit is the most mickey mouse thing I have ever seen. I would have been embarrassed to release that to the press if I were that detective. That is an embarrassment to the whole county if you ask me to think that a cop would be that foolish to go on some girl's "word" and say that her info. is credible. Why is it credible? Hmm, wonder if it's because she's such a stand up citizen. Yeah right. They should talk to the church down there and ask why she got kicked out! Maybe they should look at her violent past!!!!!!!!

First of all " anonymous " who the hell are you to judge me for anything, how dare you you don't me from Adam? You talk about being petty, just because I used the word "ain't" man please you must have to much time on your hands,( thats petty ) do you feel better now that you have insulted someone you don't even know then are to much of a punk to say who you are? I didn't know I was getting a grade for commenting on a friend of mine, as far as I'm concerned you can straight kiss my ass on main street.

The point is...that a man is being charged with murder based on a girl who can't even take care of her own kids...the state has cared for them in the past..Why?? maybe because she is crazy!! I would be embarrassed if i work at the police department in winnsboro but then again take a good look!!! One day someone will sing like a canary and i hope they all go down....An as for "anonymous" This is a discussion about a persons life not about misued grammer if you want to correct someone im sure the winnsboro police department can use a teacher!!!

It's not Winnsboro who even has the case, it's Wood County Sheriffs in Quitman. That is stated pretty clearly on the affidavit. Also in the news.
That said I do agree if you are trying to witness for someone your grammar should be appropriate.
Jeffery Dahmer was a well liked and trusted man, and look what he was capable of. Knowing someone and really knowing them is often two very different things. I don't know anyone involved in this case. If the people who did "know" him don't have anything better to say than what has been said here I would think not too many people really know him.
I looked up his Wood County record alone and it's pretty extensive. http://judicial.co.wood.tx.us/ He has records in several other counties as well.
From an objective standpoint do you not think the police interviewed all involved parties? I'm pretty sure that girl went through the ringer as well. There is a reason people go to trial. He will be able to present his side and the prosecution theirs.
As for the other anonymous requesting the information be given to his family, doesn't he have a LAWYER for his defense? That is the appropriate place to give information. They are the legal people. Police should always be notified unless you are trying to protect a criminal. In a capital murder case, which carries the death penalty as possible punishment, I highly doubt he doesn't have a lawyer. Hopefully he has a good one.
Families are generally not involved in investigations short of their own eye witness accounts. Otherwise it's called hearsay. A family member cannot present anything they heard from someone else to the court.
On a final note while I do understand people standing up for their friends, unless you know without a doubt that this man didn't commit this crime you're putting yourself in an awfully barbaric position. If you have that kind of proof I would suggest supporting Mr. Milliken judicially. Attacking the victims family at this point is pretty nasty. Also it will stand to prove nothing in court other than to kill your chances as a witness.

Also Friday was the 14th and Saturday was the 15th, you might want to get your days right before requesting information on them.

Like I said my grammar is not on trail here, excuse me for using (ain't)! All I said was I just can't beleave he could do something like this, I have a right to voice that with out you passing judgement on me and the words I use. I'm not saying Trey is an angel, and he may have some bad things in his past, but that don't make him a murderer! If it turns out he did do then he's where he needs to be, I just think there is more to the story?

Who died and made you "GOD", what differance does it matter if anyone saw her around town or not? Just because someone may have seen does'nt make her innocent, from what I've gathered she is just as capiable as Trey is? What's with the name calling, You don't know me anymore than I know you, I guess I'm the only 1 being an adult here, write back back when you grow up!!!!!!!

Wonder why she never went and checked on her mom if she was so concerned, about her welfare? Could it be she was upset at her for getting her caught up in a cps case, and had filed eviction on her and a former whatever from a house she ( the mother ) owned? If it was so out charater for her mom not to be there when the fitness center open why did she spend the rest of the weekend with Trey? I mean if it was my mom I would've been over there checking on her I would'nt have waited!!!!!

While telling your story about him knocking someone out at a party, let me enlightin you. If it were your cousin getting attacked by a guy over half your size and you heard her screaming "stop" would'nt you be a stand up guy and protect her or would you be coward and look the other way? " Anonymous " while you sit and comment on his shady past tells us about your shady past. After all "BIRDS OF FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER".

Im not in your town, nor did I really know Lauren-(was in her presence only once.) I do feel, however, that I know Trey. I do feel in fact... that this is ridiculous. I feel from a personal prospective, and after that affidavit..!!??/ What was that??!!--- and yes, where was miss Lauren through this?? I find it hard to believe that they should actually be charging someone with murder, with only the testiment of someone... with a past just as questionable as his.(so I'm told) No one will know -really- until some evidence is brought forth and he is proven to be or not to be the guilty party....my opinion tho---and I damn sure have the right to have one....No fucking way!!

One, maybe two, intelligent people throughout this entire list. In my opinion, if the suspect has a troubled past and a history of violence, why are the few people vouching for the suspect by saying 'it just doesn't seem like something he is capable of.' i stay anonymous because as the title reflects, i am a mere outsider looking in. i think the people who i am questioning need to be an insider looking out on this case. get past your personal experiences with the suspect and ask yourself if you really knew him. not just because you got drunk with him once and you were all "buddy buddy" together.

First off maybe you should stay on the out the outside! There was more to our friendship than being buddy buddy, or geting drunk, I don't drink, and Trey is my family! Just because he had a troubled past DOES NOT MAKE HIM A MURDERER! While your sitting drawing lines in the sand? This lauren has just as much of troubled past and a history of violence. I can vouch for him because I do know him, you do not.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Aquarius

If you're still happily munching chocolates and all sorts of other goodies, you'll have to take yourself in hand at some point during the coming fortnight. Maybe you'll have to compensate for all the festive over-eating by taking more exercise or cutting back on the calories, or perhaps you'll decide that you can't delay giving up smoking any longer. As Mercury turns in your twelfth house of secrets, messages you receive at this time may be very subtle or contain hidden meanings meant only for your understanding.
