i think that night was the police's foult because they wasnt doing there job the people that live in winfield dont know what to expect know beacus i think its just a madder of time that some thing else might happen there is only one patrol car at winfield one i mean one car as an vehicle.i want to talk to the people that makes the communitys feel safe around the neighbers around and their inviroment the people that live in that community as i write this sentence what could be happening right know it is 12:39am iam asking for help from anybody officers lawyers gov city presidents to all sincerly:vctr_61gdy@yahoo.com
