Bob Duff is a moronic pig. A leading voice for raising our electric bills when he said that we weren't giving electric deregulaion a fair chance. On the environment a real loser, Bob Duff would rather spend state funds on a Super Rout Eight than on improved mass transit which could have been paid for by the tolls. Bob Duff doesn't get it!

It is time for these jag-offs to stop being so short sighted and get on with this toll booths. Why should these out of staters get a free pass? Time to vote out these GOP a-holes holding this up.

Hi Short-sighted,
Try driving to a state like NJ where tolls cause complete congestion nightmares.

Out of staters should get a free pass to encourage them to drive through CT and spend $$$.

I-95 is already a mess in lower Fairfeild, so is the Merritt Pkwy. We don't need to make this area any more unsafe and inefficient for driving than it already is.

And I certainly to not want to pay for a study to tell me just that.
