Three out of four Connecticut residents support requiring seat belts on school buses, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday.

why go through the expenses of enacting a law, forcing the bus companies to comply with the installation of seat belts when, 1 - the students will not adhere to the law, and 2 -it will never be enforced i.e., the cell phone and texting laws??
