I am really bothered by the death of this young man. I taught him in my church at one time. Being forced off the road in a "PIT" move by the police I believe was excessive. Yes, he had broken the law, and was driving very fast. However, had the police not chased him, would he have slowed down? Most likely. What a waste of life, and I believe excessive force. Radio waves travel much faster than the police car.

. That sounds stupid. "Would the police not have chased him would he have slowed down". More like would he not have been running from the cops and pulled over like you are suppose to. I saw this chase and he had more than 5 cars behind him. He had more than plenty of time to stop his car and pull over. Just dumb. Must have been under influence
