Suspect in beating turns himself in

A southern Somerset County man surrendered to authorities on charges he pummeled two people at a Confluence Park. via The Tribune-Democrat

i would like to know where was the town cop when all this took place? its a shame a small town like Confluence has so much crime,its not even safe to be outside day or night anymore! Confluence needs a 24 hour 7 days a week true police officer who is willing to do a job and do it right.

I disagree...I think Confluence is a very safe town if you are not looking for trouble...the majority of the crime here is crackheads killing each other off an dI say good ridence to them...I would have walked down the street in the dark, with my children the night that happened...we are good to everyone here therefore we have no fear of being attacked...the people who are afraid are the ones who waltzed into this town with their idiotic ideas of painting murals on the sides of buildings and putting retarded red and blue dinosaurs in the park because everyone is sick of them are are therefore hostile towards them...all I can say to that is you reap what you sow and if you are going to be a drug bum who relies on welfare rather than getting a job and you are going to spend your days and nights handing out with losers then I guess sometimes these things happen...but you are right...anytime someone has a tail light out Keller is on them right away but if anything real happens he is hiding under his porch...

I think that if KELLER is going to stop someone for a tail light out then he should be around when fights break out , when all these CRACKHEADS comes to our town and wants to sell drugs. but of course when they do Keller is no where to be found!!!!!!!!! he must be doing drugs hiself.and yes i agree with you Confluence would be better if we didnt have all of these drug heads in here that think they can take over Confluence.

yes Chet i agree with you 100% people need to get there head out of the sand and realize how dangerous he is and not only that he is a trouble maker. i think its a shame that he took an innocent life and still has a badge!!!!! where is our justice system?? now the family of Sheridan Caton has to go on without there loved one. all this man was doing was reponding to what he thought was an emergency which turned out not to be , he was hit by a drunk driver. how do you live with your self Tom????????

Well its like this. Chief Keller can't be on duty 24hrs a day. He is only one man. The Borough has limited funds. What about all the drug arrests he has made and the people he has helped. The true problem he faces is that some people think the law is only for the crackgeads. Officer Keller is very professional an impartal. He even arrested a CRAZY out of control Prison Guard who lived in the Borough and most of his family. Whom of which filed several false complaints against him, they even called the FBI. But at no surprise he was found NOT to have done nothing wrong!!

noone said he was a whimp they said he is a liar and nice to know ur known to the local police department. perhaps you are one of those people who hid in the bushes for him or with him. not only that he is not able to perform is duties without incident is what is being said. basically he cant lie any more and he cant talk hhis way out and there is none to bail him out. Im glad he gandle at least one thing right for once but over all he is a nut case with a gun and badge and far to many complaints. I don't know what rock you have been hiding under. for one thing the FBI investigation Is not complete and as far as the complaints filed against Keller they are all TURE. and the charges keller had filed on me"the CRAZY prison Guard" they were dropped so you hae know clue what your talking about. but if you would like to talk with me personally i'm sure u can get in touch with me
