How much debt does RISD have???

I can not find how much debt from school bonds that the RISD owe at this time. Can anyone help??
Every time I turn around someone is asking for money from the school. Is this district broke??

This district had a 3 million dollar deficit this year. As far as total deficit, I would have to look. I will get back to you on it. What I do know is the three years has expired from the last bond issued in spring 2007, where RISD said that no new bonds would be issued for three years. This spring is the three year mark, spring 2010. The last bond was for 200 million, count on this bond asking for that amount or more.

District seems to have money when they want to. When they don't want to, such as teachers healthcare, then they reduce there spending on it. But as talked about many times on Topix, the Superintendent received a massive pay increase. And the district could find the money to pay $30,000 for Laura Bush to speak at Lake Point Church for the school personnel at the beginning of this year.
