Well Obviously b/c you are related to him you know everything. I mean why would he lie? Just because he had just robbed the subway and all...doesn't mean he is not trustworthy. And obviously you would also be a taser expert being that you are his cousin....and I am sure you watched the show cops before so you obviously have a grasp on everything.

he got caught robbing a subway and was tazored and shot, then he was sentenced and serving time. there is no reason for him to lie, what is done is done. I am not sure how I would have reacted, but I don't think just because a man ran out of a subway and has a hammer I would have reacted the same. Why don't you try to get tazored by a 50,000 volt, and tell me when your on the ground that it didn't do nothing to you. if he had a gun maybe I could justify shooting him, but a hammer? But I wasn't there, and he is a felon, so maybe your right. it is what it is..

just to give all of u an update, this young man was released today, on a judge ordered reconsideration,he appreciates all the positive support, also all the negative; he found many of your comments very humorous,as a matter of fact hes smiling right now,especially the ones who took the time out of their lifes to look up his life, "glad i could keep all of u entertained for the past few years" now u can get your own lives and stop watchin mine!!!! god bless

hello you have to keep in mind that if some one has a gun they are not going to use a taser gun on them because many things can go wrong 1 a taser gun has only one shot you have to hit that person with that one shot also you have to be in range you cant shoot a taser a long way. Police use taser guns when they dont see a gun but the second they do see a gun they will pull their gun for self protection almost every cop wants to use a taser they dont want to shoot and kill someone
