If any of you hope to convince the public that there does NOT appear to be illegal lobbying activity, funny accounting, and or general shoddy operational issues on the part of the Financial Planning Association "board", please use facts and or logic.
The poster Christine Parker: aka "Tokes Magotes" said that "While we firmly believe his allegations are unfounded, we are using this matter as an opportunity to conduct a thorough review of our financial policies, practices, internal controls and auditing to look for ways to further strengthen the transparency, accountability and governance of the Chapter to serve the best interest of our stakeholders."
If there was nothing improper going on then why the need to review the policies of the board? This statement leads me to believe that something WAS going on at the FPA.
Whistleblowers frequently face reprisal - sometimes at the hands of the organization or group which they have accused and sometimes from related organizations.
They are frequently attacked personally, because there is no other valid argument to make about the allegations. Stop with the ad hominem.
This is hilarious! If anyone knew Mr. Fernandez and the quality of his advice and service, you would immediately discredit his claim and allegations. He is very simply not a good advisor and should not be in the business of giving advice.
