Great news for the taxpayers of NY. Bad news for the lazy minority/union lobby groups and Limo Liberals who want to suck the money out of our paychecks to pay for more social programs. Can't wait for our blind, dumb, cocaine sniffing, wife cheatin, governor to be defeated next year!
Yeah nevermind that the city in NYS with the most liberals, NYC pretty much bankrolls the entire state and pays for all the social services "people" like yourself enjoy. Typical rightwinger, only complains about socialism when it actually helps someone who needs it.

Lying liberals call them
social redistrbution allotment fees, you got it all wrong, there not taxes.
Because you'd prefer the Republicans and their years of corporate welfare, and low taxes for the rich. What do I know, I'm still waiting for the benefits of Reagan's trickle down economics.

You're waiting 21 years and you still haven't figured out that you have to get educated and work, not wait for the benefits to show up in the mail.

Almost the same amount of tax revenue created by 11 million NYC citizens is created by 7 million Nassau and Suffolk Citizens, that's because our population doesn't SUCK up as much revenue as it creates like the "Liberals" in NYC.

I'm against all GOVERNMENT social programs. It's not the JOB of government or taxpayers to provide for citizens who don't, won't or can't provide for themselves.

It is the job of private and religious charities to do so.

Gotta love Golisano. He calls them as he sees them:
"The governor used drugs - what do you want from me?" Golisano asked, referring to Gov. David A. Paterson's acknowledgment last year that he had tried cocaine and marijuana in his youth. "Half of Albany is under indictment."
And Citizen Action/LI Progressive Coalition. What a bunch of self-loathing dilettantes. Golisano saved Long Island; even Newsrag admits it.
What I thought was really amusing was the woman from the Citizen Action group who yelled that he "bought our democracy" and that he "is a disgusting human being." Now she knows how some people feel about ACORN literally stealing the presidential election through voter fraud, among other things.

Wow, an out of state resident has blatantly bought control of New York's senate. That's pretty amazing.
Clint.
Golisano lived in NY, started a successful business in NY, hired NYers, paid corporate and personal taxes in NY and NOW feels like we all do - TOO MANY AND TOO HIGH TAXES. Golisano offered ideas to Malcolm Smith to save NY from a California collapse, but the uncouth Smith was too busy watching Mariah on his blackberry! Unlike some of us Golisano can leave NY, AND I don't blame him - he will be just be the tip of the iceberg of corporations to leave NY. And where do you think that will leave us Clint? or that Ms Simon (from yet another Soros funded group)?

Googling "John Kova" yields a crop of comments consistent in their stupidity and ignorance. The latest at this date is his response to Paul Krugman's NYT column about the ludicrous and cruel Republican budget proposal, in which John, after berating young college graduates for their supposed lack of understanding of economics and mathematics, lets loose with this howler: "Tax cuts do not have to be paid for because unlike spending, tax cuts are not real dollars, but percentages that when decreased directly and indirectly increase multiple revenue streams into the US Treasury." -- imagine that, dollars cut from revenues aren't real dollars, they're percentages! Percentages of what, John doesn't say. But whatever they are percentages of, "multiple revenue streams increase" -- by voodoo, apparently. As for whether these magically increased revenue streams are sufficient to cover the cuts, John again doesn't say -- that would involve engaging with facts, something he appears allergic to.
