They are gonna have to come down on the price if they want to sell it. They may have done a lot of work to that house but they are already making a profit on it b/c they bought it for nothing. If they wanna sell it they'll come down.

until you all get a degree in real estate and get a job doing it with years of experience you should shut ur mouth. you have no idea what your talking about. lots of homes around here are at 90,000 and aren't no where near as charming as theirs.
