There is no excuse for ignoring a child's outcry of abuse. None. A judge who believes that a child's outcry of abuse should be ignored based only on the age of the child because his friends would never abuse of a child is no less than a criminal. Children are entitled to be heard, and that includes the child of Judge William Adams. It is unconscionable to ignore a child's outcry of abuse, and Judge William Adams' behavior is unconscionable.
