Judge Flenniken ignored a young girl's outcries of abuse. Her "stepfather" was being sexually aggressive towards here. She told the judge this and was ignored. She told her school teachers this. She was ignored. She was ignored even though her "stepfather" is a convicted sexual offender.

Incredible, yes. Unprecedented, no. Judge William Adams ignored a child's outcry of what a child psychologist described as "horrific child abuse." Specifically, the child said he was told to lie by a group of lawyers and a judge that his mother "touched" him and that he saw his mother and her lawyer in bed together. The child's statements were supported by third party witnesses, a child psychologist who interviewed the child, videotapes of the child's statements, and circumstances. There was no contrary evidence just vague denials.

Judge William Adams signed an order drafted by Lanette Joubert stating that it was frivolous to believe the child. No reason was stated other than the child's age. The child was nearly 6 years old. He was being blatantly dishonest. There is no law saying that children are not permissible witnesses. In fact, there are statutes expressly providing for child testimony. Actually, it is crime to ignore a child. A child's outcry of abuse must be reported.

The teachers in the Flenniken case are apparently under indictment for ignoring that child's outcry of abuse. Judge Flenniken should be indicted also. Judge William Adams should also be indicted and the same is true for corrupt lawyers at the bar and the Judicial Conduct Commission who supported and covered up his criminality making themselves party to the criminality including James Ehler, Marie Haspil, and Thomas Cunningham.

How can things like this happen? In the Judge William Adams corruption case, one of the child abusers was the judge's friend and personal lawyer and friend William Dudley. Judge Williams Adams and William Dudley corruptly did not disclose that serious conflict of interest. The details of the Flenniken case are not known in this regard. The point though is that decisions are made in reality unfortunately in many cases based on politics and corruption not based on facts or law.

This also isn't the first case where a child was sent to be with a convicted sex offender. Judge Schuble and a series of other judges subjected Stanley Rains' child to a convicted pedophile for well over a decade. The corrupt bar particularly the same James Ehler referenced above was involved in that atrocity also. The Texas legal system is corrupt, and that includes the organizations such as the bar and the Judicial Conduct Commission that are suppose to police corruption.

Thomas Cunningham sat as chair of the Judicial Conduct Commission. He personally heard at the Sunset Commission hearing how Judge Adams attacked a mother and her lawyer for listening to a child who made an outcry of horrific child abuse on behalf of his child abusing friend and personal lawyer William Dudley. He said the Commission did not have authority to address judicial decisions (the code of ethics requires judges to follow the law). Nevertheless, his opinion did address Adams' judicial decisions. It claimed 12 lawyers all said Adams' made reasoned decisions while ignoring and covering up the decision that a child's outcry of abuse should be ignored (undoubtedly a group of 12 selected lawyers who could be counted on saying what they had to say to continue practicing law in the corrupt judge's court). The point is there is no honest corrective agency in Texas when Judges act badly. Texas has "cover up" corrupt agencies including both the Texas Bar and Judicial Conduct Commission, and that is why things like this happen. The only corrective mechanism is a public that pays and attention and demands and honest legal system rather than a corruption.
