Wow, drunk cheerleaders. Where was my invite? LMFAO Oh and for those of you who think drinking is no big deal, I never been in any trouble with the law unless I had been drinking and I have drug problems. I also have a child that came from one drunken decision. I'm the bad guy around here but I would never supply teens with booze. Get it together Polk county make an example of these idiots.

<quoted text>Kids make mistakes, let them live and learn. And even great parents have issues with good children. One night of bad decisions will not make or break these kids. Underage drinking is absolutely a problem in this community. has been for a long time, why take this incident and make an example of this group of kids?
How were they not punished? Are you the principal, one of the kids or a parent/guardian of one of the accused? That's the only way you would have the true facts. Has it occured to you that This has been addressed just not with you b/c it isn't your business?
Have you read everything I have posted? If you have you will see that I know what I know from an inside source that made this my business.

how would they get home Moron?
Stay at that house? We stay were we drink or we get someone sober to come pick us up. We are actually a bit smarter than what many give us credit for, unlike many adults who drive home and get DUIs.

So which is it? Involved teen? Adult at the houe or parent or guardian of one of the accused? Gossip doesn't make it your business. And if you are so closely involved, why is it necessary to rant on topix? Aren't there better ways you could be handling the situation?

It wasn't one of my kids there. Again, read! Someone that was there made it my business and that's all you need to know. If you go back and read hun you might can piece it together. If you can't, then it doesn't matter to you anyway. Fact of the matter is, I can talk and say anything I choose to say. Have you ever heard if you want something to die that you have to quit feeding the fire and just stop posting?

Your absolutely right, freedom of speech. You can say whatever you like. Doesn't make it any less gossip. ;). Again, not your kids, not your business! Get a life!

Hun, people don't make things your business, it either is or it isn't. What makes you think i care if this post continues or doesn't. I just like stating my OPINION as loud as possible whenever i can. People should know, not everyone agrees with you. That's what public forums are about

What is the school doing to discourage this type of behavior? Are the counselors talking to the kids about alcohol? Is there a program being put into place?

That's fine that you state your opinion. We all have that right to do so which is exactly what I'm doing. I'm using my right to express my concerns and opinions. If anyone doesn't like it then they should choose to ignore what I have to say. However, it is my God given right to speak and say whatever I choose to regardless who likes it or who doesn't.

Just cause a few wild kids drink don't mean they all do. To say that shows your stupidity. If you were really there, it shows you didn't learn anything. Just because you weren't driving don't mean it's safe for kids to drink. I hope the judge teaches them all a lesson.

Oh I can promise you many who comment here are not real sure what a public forum is all about. Its their way of thinking period. And many think we really care how they think. If its infomative I take interest, if its a sad person venting because of his sad life then I usually just move along.
