Lowes Buys Orchard Supply Stores, Vacaville Location to Be Closed Soon

At least they are being honest about it so far by admitting that they plan to close stores. Nothing like when Home Depot bought Yard Birds and claimed that all stores would stay open.

I doubt it will do such. That OHS is a small store in comparison... I would not be surprised if WalMart opens yet a 3rd Vacaville Grocery store in that space.

Maybe an other Pizza Pucks or Teasa's Doggie Groomer???? I'd like a good ole' fashion Roller Rink.

I don't think that OSH owned the building in the first place but I agree that Lowes probably wouldn't have a use for that small of a footprint. Remember Home Depot had the high end Expo stores that specialized in upper tier appliances, kitchen cabinets, etc that occupied smaller stores but they went down in flames.

Highly unlikely Walmart will try another neighborhood market, they are not doing anywhere near as we'll as they were hoping for.
