There are major issues concerning mis-management of Mello-Roos bonds when it comes to the city using the money as intended.
The schools that were promised and are being paid for by people who were dumb enough to buy houses here thinking their kids would be able to go to those schools that were never built are getting screwed.
The houses were built but not the schools. Now the city is allowing roughly 750 new homes to be built in the city without building any new schools.
750 new homes equates to about 2250 +/- new students. Where are they going to go to school.

What about the developers being required to also pay for the infastructure impr I vrmenrs, like the one lane road on East where a big home development is going in. I am in the process of researching the water issue here in CA. I hope to stop the Wall Street money barons for making CA water the next commodity to be traded for profit. This privitization of our water has to end. Why is Lincoln allowing our water billing to be handled by a Southern CA company. What's wrong with this picture...now our water rates are being raised. I am going to start a statewide signature ballot proposal to stop thecwater/power grab.....it's all we have left, our voices are no longer heard....
