I know she is and was truly in a tremendous amount of pain. The injury is real. Big difference in sitting at home and running a business than the very physical job she was required to do at the post office. Maybe they could have offered her something she was able to do, after all she was injured on the job and still has to pay the mortgage! I was surprised by the amount of time she faces and fines. Thats more than most murderers get; while Vickie Webber has never hurt a soul or been in trouble before. That is a problem for me.

I know who this posting came from....the perverted school teacher who molested my 15 year old daughter. His name is Dan Ginter. He doesn't have the guts to put his name on his posting. If anyone is interested you can view his picture and his criminal history on the Illinois State Police Sex Offenders website. I know it came from him because he lives in Elkhart, Illinois which is just outside of Lincoln, Illinois. I wonder what your probation officer is going to think of this when I get hold of him tomorrow morning, Dan? Just for the record...you don't know anything about me or what I've gone through or what I'm still going through. When I got sick, you were too busy manipulating & threatening my daughter to know what was going on with me. You just can't keep your dumb ass off the computer can you? Perhaps we would ALL have more respect for the news media and our Judicial system if all the facts were accurate!!! It seems "innocent until PROVEN guilty" has gone by the wayside. The jury trial was no indication of a verdict of guilty when the judge did not allow answers to be completed and gave predjudicial instructions to the jury. They had no alternative in their deliberations. The trial was a sham and a mockery and ALL involved should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Maybe some people should think before they let their mouths overload their ass. You want to talk about being a disturbed human being - let me remind you of your past. Everyone reading this needs to go the Illinois Sex Offenders website and look up Dan Ginter and you can see this guys mug shot. Can you believe that a felon child sex offender would post something so stupid about a woman who has a disease that can not be cured and doesn't know how or what she is gonna be able to do from one day to the next!? Some people are just plain ignorant.

I am sure, to a great number of people’s dissatisfaction the person you thought posted some of these comments was not that person. I did not post those comments. I do know who did it and I was disappointed to say the least that it was posted. I just recently found out that it was posted.
To Julie, Jodi, Barbara and Marie : I never got the chance to apologize to those that I hurt the most on the “other side” so I hope I can do that now. I want to apologize to the family for the hurt and pain I caused in my actions. I want to specifically apologize to the person whose was directly affected by those actions.

According to the law, I committed a crime. It was a very difficult time in my life mentally and that is the best reason I can give for my actions. I and a lot of other people including professionals don’t believe I am a predator, or a pedophile or any of those other labels that have been placed on me. I have never done anything like that before or since, EVER. I made a mistake. It was a huge mistake that cost me much but a mistake non- the- less. I miss teaching terribly at the college level but I am moving on.

People can say and believe what they will but the fact of the matter is that I did commit a crime. But the truth never was told. I never took the opportunity to tell the truth as I felt that dragging people into a courtroom with a trial would just cause more victims. There are only two people in this world that know the REAL truth. One never took the opportunity he had to tell it and the other, she had the opportunity to tell the truth twice and didn’t tell it. The truth wouldn’t change the outcome but it certainly would give a different perspective of the whole situation.

As far as my wife, she only did what I asked her to do because she loved me. That is the bottom line and anyone can call her names but I can not criticize her for trying to make her husband happy. We have all learned. We all make mistakes. Whether it is from not telling the truth on some forms or from having so much mental and physical pain that your judgment is clouded, the outcome is the same. It hurts people.

I feel sorry for the pain I have put upon a great number of people in this situation. If I
could go back and do it over again I would change that. I don’t know what is going on in
their lives now but I hope whatever it is the struggles bring them closer to God and makes
them better people because of it. It did me. Hating someone is easier than forgiving.
Even though there are a handful of people who read this, just me knowing that it got out
there is enough. My label is out there for everyone to see. It doesn’t have to be posted
here. I am a sex offender and I live in Logan County. I am not hiding though I wish I
could. God is forgiving and generous with his mercy. I ask the same for those that I hurt

If she would of been in my court I would of sentenced her to the full 35 years along with Dan. Both in the same cell BUBBA AND BUBBETTE
