Review: Phillip Nail & Spa

Tried this new salon out the other day. The place looks nice but was kinda dirty. Was told that I only have to wait five minutes but ended up took an hour before I was serviced. My feets was really cold once they got to me and the pedicure service wasn't all that great. My feet still feel dirty, the message was about 30 seconds long, and the polish was all over my skins.
The no-chip manicure service wasn't that great either. She drilled my nails so deep that I could feel the burn. I stopped doing artifical nails because of the drilling, but they still drills my nail bed like crazy. The no-chip wasn't shining at all and they all peeled off after three days.
For a low end nails salon, it was really pricy. My Pedicure and manicure costed me $60. But it wasn't the cost that got me mad but the bad service. No worth the time with this nails salon.

My friend's had been going to Phillip's so I decided to try it out. When I came in I asked if I can get my nails filled and a new design. I had asked for hot pink and a design. When it was my turn I ended up having the owner Phillip. Whe. I sat dowb he asked to see my nails and he automatically began laughing at them asking where I had gotten them done and saying "Wow they did a shitty job." I should have left right there, that was my mistake. He began doing my nails a hot pink and then added the red "Magnetic" to it. I told him that I don't want thay color with it, that clearly made him mad as he made a face, rolled his eyes, and somewhat mimicked me. He then got a blue magnetic and began going over it. I am one who does not like to complain too much so I decided to just let him finish thinking I can just get them redone in two weeks. ANOTHER mistake. When I left I got home and showed my mom my nails. She said that whoever did them did not do a good job. The colors mixed and it literally looked like a child painted my nails with a bunch of colors. So my mom decoded to go back with me. I called beforehand letting them know I was coming back. When I came in he automatically said what do you not like now?! I explained what my.mom had said abd he looked at her andntold her that she it dumb for saying that and that she does not know style. So when I asked what color I should use for advice he said "I don't know, you don't like what I choose, you don't know style so don't even ask I won't help you." Then when he was doing my nails he was laughing like a complete idot mimicking me saying "it looks like a child did it" "You and you're mom don't know style" and he literally rushed through it just to get me out. Abd once he finished he didn't even put my hands under the uv he automatically said "ok you done bye" shooing me away with his hand. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not waste your miney on rude selfish people.
