The county always takes care of their political cronies pockets before helping people who really need assistance. Check out the Winnebago County CAFR statement; well over six hundred million dollars on the books in liquid assets while they cry poor. I say take 10% and cut a check for $1100.00 to each household. That $600 million generates $6 million in yearly fees for a very happy money manager. Anyone know how to kickbacks?
