Former Rockdale resident Nathan K. Proctor has been arrested and convicted of attempted to meet a 12 year old girl for sexual relations while serving in the Navy in Virginia.

He faces 3-4 years in a Navy brig for his misdeeds and will receive a dishonorable discharge when he is released.

I used to live in Rockdale,Tx, I can assure you this, Incest happens in the small towns. I can name a few, Minerva, Gause, Rockdale, Cameron, Davilla, Buckholts, Thorndale, and surrounding areas. You just do not hear about it. Pedophiles live in milam county. I know of one living with my grandmother. He gives me the creeps when I look at him. I know more than just the one I have mentioned. If you want to move to Rockdale, TX. Do it on your own terms. I did not recommend this town to anyone. I just wanted to come and drop a line.
