Does anyone in this area own/use a Hague Water System? We are not satisfied with ours at all. Not only is the system not what they said it would be, we were deceived about cost also. I actually called the company 5 times today. Each time leaving a message and all of my information. When the "owner" finally returned my call he was EXTREMELY rude and not professional at all!!! He did not offer to make anything right, but instead yelled at me that we will pay for the entire system because we signed a contract!

I just read a report where the state of missouri is suing hague quality water of the ozarks...u might want to check with the attorney general

I live in Virginia and the hague water system here is the same way. I did a search on the internet and found countless other states with the same issue. My neighbor does water system (wells and ac) in my area so before I bought the Hague system I went to him to ask about it. I found out that our guy here was on the news for the exact same thing, yelling at customers, and refusing to do any maintance on their system. This seems to be happening all across the USA so the system I hear is ok, just you will not be able to find anyone to service it and the company will cheat you into buying the 5 grand system when you probably dont' need that big of one.

Lera...I got one for you on this very faulty and over priced system.
I spoke to Paul Hoogerheide, the president ot L.A. Purification system who is the distrubuter of hague.
The system was leeking and the parts are covered on a 25 year guarantee. BUT his company is charging us $600.00 to fix their problem ?
we have had a broken drinking system that was "missed" by their service people.
We had the service people dump the salt on our plants , killing 8 plants that were 15 years growing in my back yard.
BUT THE SLAP IN THE FACE was when I talked to this "owner" he tried to blame everything on us.
Our pressure regulator or they did not have a trash can to put the salt into...
You name it I paid $6000.00 for this system and will not put anymore good money after bad money into a system that has no credible service, and I recomment that no one buy this system from hague.

We have had our system for over 2 years and have had no problems with the system, nor customer service or system checks by Hague service people. We have no complaints.

keep this blog and revisit it in a year or two...
my Dad say's if it looks like duck and walks like a duck...IT'S A DUCK

all areas have different service contracts with seperate companies. The Hague you have is not really Hague it's from a licence or distrubutership..

Just had a hague charlatan try and sell me a system. After a 2 hour sales pitch, after we said we weren't interested he would not leave. I had to threaten to call the police to have him removed from my home! The strong arm sales tactics used by this salesman was apalling.

I'm a sells rep in the southwest region of Missouri if there is anything I can do for any of you fill free to call me. I'm not saying I can do everything, but I will see what I can do to fix your problems, provide you with service, or anything else you may need in regards to the Hague system. It is sad the some people have to use strong arm sales tactics to sale a system like this. We are not that way at Premier Water Solutions of Republic MO. As far as service that has to do with the reps in your area. I realize that everyone will not be happy even if it was free, but my customers all have enjoyed their systems. They have not encounterd any problems with their system thus far. Guys it is a great product that I stand behind. If I can be of service to you in anyway please do not hesitate to give me a call. I am here to serve you!

I was decieved by Hague systems. I purchased one in June and was told they would call and set up an apointment to come back and inspect to make sure it was installed correctly and that I was happy with the unit if not they would take it back at no cost to me. I had concerns in the first place about drinking water with salt in it and was told the water is filters so much no salt is left. I can't drink the water and I don't like the taste so I have been buying water and have been trying to get them to remove the system. I have been treated rudely by the owner Matt Connolly. He threated to send me to prison. It has been a nighmare. I have contacted an attorney and will be filing a class action suit against the company if you would like to be part of this suit send your statement to Peggy General Delivery Nixa Mo. 65714 and I will give it to my attorneys.
This company should be put out of business!!!

Do you have an email address or some other private way of contact? What else did Matt Connolly say to you? That is the same guy I had problems with, so it must be the same company!

If anyone esle in Missouri has had a problem with Hague Water System let me know. Let's do a class action law suite that will shut them down in Missouri!!

You must not work for the company out of Olathe Kansas or you wouldn't still be working for them as they promise to pay but don't I know this for a fact because my daughter went to work for them and quit because they didn't pay her. Matt Connelly is not a good person so I hope he is not the one you work for. I wish you well but I will stay with my class action law suit against the company.

I have had the water system from Hague for 2 months and I am not happy with the service or the extra products that were supposed to save me "hundreds of dollars". The dish washer detergent doesn't clean anything off my dishes, the shampoo leaves your hair feeling like straw, the dish soap itself doesn't even sud, the bar soap breaks my face out, and on it goes. We were promised free pots/pans for giving 4 referrals, even if they didn't buy the system. We called our local dealer in Moundsville, WV four times to ask for them and never did get them. I wish I would have never let the salesman in the door! Anyone else in the Ohio River Valley have similar problems? I don't think anyone should have to pay $6400+ for a system that doesn't "save" you anything.

Maybe we could make back some of that $ by selling the soaps! We have 3 years worth. What a joke!!! Maybe you had the same salesman as us...he moved to Ohio!

I also am not happy with the water system. Does anyone else have problems with their towels smelling mildewy? Or their toliet bowl now having black rings? Or their silverware tarnishing? And what about all the bubbles they promised you would have in your bubble bath. That is not happening here! Big waste of money, with the cost of everything else going up, I would rather spend my monthly fee somewhere else!!

Yes, the same things occurred with us. A hint to get rid of the mildew smell?...wash 1st with a cup of vinigar and then wash with regular Tide. We had to quit using all soaps that came with system, none of them worked like they said. Funny how they said that using thier soaps would actually pay for the system! Ha! we actually spent MORE money to fix all that their soaps failed to do. We all need to stick together with these complaints and get something done about this "scam"!
