Rome man charged with animal cruelty

Ashtabula County humane officers removed one dog and six puppies last week from a Price Road residence and plan to remove more dogs this week.

There is NO excuse for any type of animal abuse.....they are totallly innocent and depend on their caretakers to love them and take proper care of them...If you cannot take care of them properly take them to a shelter!!!! Even if the cats have to be put down it is better than neglect...starvation and extreme temps...I for 1 personally will not tolerate abuse to an animal in nay way shape or form...God help the person or persons that I ever stumble upon abusing an animal!!!
