Accused murderer was "a good councilman"

BRIDGEWATER -- Bridgewater Council President William Rains said he was "kind of shocked" Monday after fellow councilman Gregory Scott Hopkins was arrested for the murder of a Monaca woman in 1979.

BEAVER -- Saying "science caught up with us," police linked three pieces of evidence collected at a 1979 murder scene in Monaca to a DNA sample taken from a Bridgewater man in December 2011.

McKeesport is protecting a MASD employee of pornography. Covering up the current city solicitor crash on route 48 of alcohol suspicions. The test of blood results haven't been revealed in over 20 days. Crash gate McKeesport.
McKeesport police told channel 11 WPXI that no injuries occurred. The driver, McKeesport solicitor was life FLITE flown to the hospital. See Moriah Balingit news articles for reference.

Toxicology tests revealed Elash had a blood-alcohol level of .196 percent following the accident, which occurred at 1:32 a.m. Jan. 22, according to a release from McKeesport police Chief Bryan J. Washowich.
The legal limit for blood alcohol content in the state is .08 percent.
Elash's 2004 Cadillac Escalade SUV had reportedly been traveling south on Route 48 when it failed to negotiate a bend and left the roadway. The vehicle struck a commercial building and came to rest. Elash, 40, was alone in his vehicle. He was transported by ambulance to UPMC Mercy for medical treatment following the accident and his vehicle was towed from the scene.
