His shop is located in the Chase Tower's concourse shops. The place where no one goes and the place that even I as a lifelong resident didn't know existed until last week.

he WAS a barber in down town Rochester until 1950? I wonder why he decided to switch locations. That's around the same time Rochester started going down hill fast after all the ....... well you know, started to infiltrate
