I find it ridiculous, the logic of some racists. I don't know the accused or the murdered, but for anyone to have the amount of time, Sue and Maddog2008 have, to sit and spew such vile, negative comments. I know it may not be as comfortable in your trailers as you would like for it to be, but if you switch to a laptop, it may give you a little more room to think.
Or you might want to take a trip to the Ozarks, visit your 1st cousin/future husband or wife. The fresh air will do you good.

Just watched the case unfold from the beginning one crime 360, its hard to believe the prosecution lost, then again, theres always that possibility. I mean, could you imagine being on trial after spending years of your life in jail during that processand not know if you'll be found not guilty? Well, I hope this kids guilty or not changes his life and does something with it, but at the same time, no justice for the 15 year old, very sad-what a waste.

Sounds just like all the criminal cases where the killers are cops and always get off because the jury's are all paid for by Parinello and the crooked judges!

Detective work, and DA work 101: Don't use witnesses who no one will believe. Even if she (the prostitute witness) was telling the truth, they've got to let someone or something more credible speak in court. They should have found his chain, the gun, a casing, blood on the killers clothes, something. It's a shame that the 15 yr. Old boy died with no justice.

An ironic (and sad) follow-up to this is that the witness was gunned down/killed on the street in Aug.'10. And they say the cases aren't associated. Riiiiight??!! here's an article on her murder: whec.com/news/stories/s1692199.shtml

That's a shame that Ruby chose this lifestyle. She never recovered..in and out of jail. This is what happens when drug treatment is not available, Or proper mental health treatment.

Why are you blaming it on the city school, you don't know where this person went to school. He's probably speaking that so called e-bonics anyway or maybe some other code this young people have. That was very rude on your part, think before you type.
Regardless of ebonics or not it's still stupid to talk and write like that. It sows ignorance

I heard his mother had to prostitute to pay for his lawyer. Blake is a loser who will be dead or in prison (as Bubba's girlfriend) in the next few years. He's just a sissy punk with a gun.

hi im blake alford sister. well all yall talkin like yall knew what happen. the da had dna no gun or nothing. my brother would never take someones life. he has kids to worry about. if you was at court you would of knew what happen. so all i know is that my brother is not that kind of person. he does not have to watch his back cause is not a killer.they needs to do there job right for they try to say someone did sumthing. if it was the other way around i would of been at court for my brother if was dead.everyone knew he didnt do it. if any more question ask the da the real turth an not the lies. the judge seen right through the lies in court.
Yes he did but I guess if I was you I'd protect and lie for family too, Nobody makes their kids/sons/daughter stand up and be accountable anymore so we'll get the same BS over and over again, well hopefully since you agree with grown men killing kids for dumb shit like necklaces and females you don't have a son that will run up against someone like your brother in these streets because its ALL FAIR if someone blows out his brains and leaves him laying in the street, right!

The police along with the DA needs to build a case against the person before charging them, all tho that would mean the have to "work".
Instead they sit back and do nothing till a witness comes forward, then they depend on that one witness for the whole case.
Tooo many people are acquitted in the City!!!
Are they all innocent and wrongfully locked up and wrongfully accused ???? Or are all these murders getting away with murder?????
All I know is that if they are acquitted, the witness now has to live in fear.
I know of 2 witness that were killed in the City after the person the accused was acquitted.
The RPD and DA are just wasting money, time, and increasing the number of murders in the City by NOT doing their job properly.
I COMPLETELY Agree!!! Because Crime 360 is filming doesn't mean you have to rush to make an arrest and not build a case, he wasn't just an episode of a crime show for peoples entertainment and more $$ for RPD, he was a human being, someones son, a big brother and deserved a proper investigation and justice. If they believe Blake didn't do this why not keep looking? Blake wasn't alone he was just the trigger man, why not try and find who else was involved? But I guess since the cameras stop rolling none of that mattered he was just one of many in Rochester

I'm beginning to wonder what ''work'' the RPD even does. Every day somebody is mugged, shot, stabbed, robbed. Our mudrer rate is sky high for a city of this size. Why can't the cops stop the violence?

You are completey wrong about drug treatment not being available, or mental-health care. There are many programs she could have sought help with. In many cases the heart is in the right place and they want help but never follow through and seek it.

Well, let's equalize that. Why don't you write to Gov Paterson and tell him you city guys want CARS. No doubt he will create a free Car Handouts for the Poor Program for you, with our tax money, of course...
Better yet, get a job so you can buy one yourself. That's how we get them in the burbs.

Monroe County has a whole lot of revolving door programs. Those which keep the addicted and mentally ill in and out. Nothing to truly help them recover. With the large magnitude of those on drugs and mentally ill, this place lacks LONG TERM INTENSE TREATMENT PROGRAMS. That's why recidivism rates are high....IN& OUT, IN&OUT all day long. Also, they sugarcoat the dysfunction in peoples lives. They put people on all types of anti-depressants and other heavy duty psychotropic drugs, when they really need to feel the emotions and work through them, instead of masking and covering up. JAIL...is the main source of treatment in this area.

The RPD couldn't have seen that showing a witness on TV could cause an other murder??

The RPD shouldn't be allowed to be on TV shows.

That's really f'ed up!! This mofo is guilty, guilty, guilty and the both times it was put in a jury's hands, they declared a mistrial. That'sa dang shame. Why?? Because the main witness was a prostitute and yet the surveillance video of local stores corroborated her story. The detectives did a fine job in putting this case together, only for the dingaling judge to throw it all out the window and set him free. Its no wonder there is so much crime in this country. He will likely kill again. Don't Ya worry son, you have a Higher being that knows your guilt, your maker and He'll be the one to judge you, how you really need to be judged. Putting that 15 year old kid who'd just lost his mother, on his back like that, all for a gold chain... What you do here, you shall pay here. U-hum.'Nuff said.
