Rochester, NY -- Two Rochester black men are facing attempted arson charges in connection with an alleged attempt to set a fire at a city apartment house as part of a domestic feud.

Byron Bell and Jeremiah Porchea were arrested fleeing the scene around 4 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Investigators say the men poured an ignitable liquid on the porch at 105 Fairbanks Street and tried to light it.

No one was hurt.
