I love all the want to be lawyers on here. Hey Ralph here is an exert from the link you posted you idiot.
If you refuse to take a mandatory blood, breath, or urine test, you cannot be forced to do so. However, if the incident that caused you to be arrested also caused injury or death to another person, and you refuse to take a test, then an officer can get a court order that requires you to take a blood test. Ralph this is on the page you posted learn how to read.
I was once charged with DWI and knew the law I refused all tests and beat the charge in court so stfu when you know nothing.
