Lets tax prostitution and make it legal. NYS could sure use the money. Let the police focus on the violent crime. This is a waste of tax payer money

Wow, robby, real good use of proper English. Shows your intelligence level associated with your pathetic assessment of this story. Yes, let's legalize it and then explain why family values, personal responsibility and morals further decline. That will really set up society to raise the next generation of children to be respectable and decent. At least it will close the tax gap some.

This is all really silly. To me it's more of a moral issue than a legal issue. The cops should spend their time investigating violent criminals instead of this.

Horay for the cops !Now go get the rest of them, I believe this happens in just about all hotels and motels around rochester, etc.

It probably does happen in many motels in Rochester. However it really doesn't affect the people that are not involved. It upsets the bible thumpers and a few others. If you have morals and stay away from the crack hoe hookers you have nothing to worry about. Stop wasting the police resources on things that make them look good in the media and start cracking down on violent crime.

Don't give NY any ideas...!Prostitution has been around for many
years and most likely always will. The
law (police & courts) should make these people that is convicted perform
litter crews like they do in the
southern states! When they have to
work to pay for the offense/s they tend to back off. Every winter you will find the seasonal inmates getting
their free shelter - heat, meals, cable and medical care! That is why
the jail are over crowded!

NYS is droping the gambling age to 18 to get more tax money. Just legalize prostitution, tax it and be done with it. It will not stop. These cops in Ontario County must be very bord. Send them the the City of Rochester. They would not have time for tracking down prostutes. To many killings and shootings. No time for crap police work.

Amazing we now know all the names of these people who were hurting no one. Way to go law enforcement. Well have I got a true story for you all, anyone who wants to investigate go right ahead.
A few weeks ago RPD received a report of shots fired at around 3:00 am. When police arrived at the scene they noticed a man fumbling with a gun trying to get the magazine back in the gun. They ran over tackled him and wrestled the gun away. The perp. was a white male who had been drinking for several hours at My Apartment Bar in Greece, drove home drunk, got mad at his car and began shooting it. The man who you have never heard of, will never hear his name and were not ever told this story by the local news is an active, with over 20 years on the job, NEW YORK STATE TROOPER INVESTIGATOR. He fought all the RPD officers and Troopers at the scene, yelling constantly "I am a NYS Trooper don't touch me." Then he urinated all over the interior of the RPD patrol car.
I sure would like to know the name of this drunken public servant, who believes he is above the law, and shoots up his neighborhood, instead I know the names of consulting adults paying for sex.

WHO CARES ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE HURT NO ON. WE HAVE A SHOOTING EVERY NIGHT IN THE CITY, DRUG DEALS, STABBINGS, CAR THEFT, AND ALL THE REST. LETS PICK ON A FEW PROSTITUTES AND MAKE IT LOOK GOOD. WHAT A WASTE OF TAX PAYER MONEY. THINK OF THE NEXT MURDER THESE COPS MAY HAVE BEN ABLE TO STOP BUT THEY WERE TO BUSY TRYING TO CATCH PROSTITUTES. THEN THEY MAKE A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT. LIKE THEY HAVE CAPTURED A CEREAL KILLER.
