This sounds soo stupid.
Why would the police make an arrest out of something like this??

What if she just said it was an unwanted gift or she couldn't afford it, would that be against the law??

And if she said it was sick and it wasn't, how was she to know, is she a veterinarian??

I may get arrested cause I re-gifted a fruit cake and told the people I gave it to that I bought it just for them.

For her punishment she should be given "2 Jack Russels" to take care of, and "3 cats".

This sounds like something they would arrest a black person for.
How dare she say the dog was sick, when it was very healthy.

Maybe this woman should have just opened her front door and let the dog run away and really become a sick stray??
