Who ever said crime doesn't pay?
A Yates County man will spend 15 years to life in prison after he was convicted of two separate drug charges.
Penn Yan police arrested Reginald Boykins, 32, in August for selling crack cocaine in the Village of Penn Yan. A jury convicted Boykins of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
This isn't his first conviction and as a persistent felon, Boykins was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
He is currently being held at the Yates County Jail until he can be taken to a state prison.
Rhonda, he doesn't look happy in his mug shot.
