Me thinks the Gerken family might be a little "off". Yes, I'm sure your brother or whatever really wanted to be known "worldwide" as the guy who was so drunk he got tossed out of a football game, and died face down in a creek.

Maybe his brother (who abandoned him when he was kicked out instead of leaving with him) was supposed to drive. But I think it's a safe bet all 3 were drinking.

"The sheriff says there are no signs of trauma on Gerken's body, he also says there is no evidence alcohol is involved and he says he has ruled out foul play."

Its still a mystery on how he died. The only thing i can think of is being he was toasted, he probably passed out and died from hypothermia.

Gee, do they have Facebook in Purgatory? If not, how will he be able to see the post? Denise must not be the smartest one in the short limb of the family tree. She makes it sound like it's exciting news using the "!".

Ever been to a FuckinBills game? Everyone is drunk, especially at late games and even worse at night games.

I would say at a sell out night game, there are 20,000 potential dwi candidates driving away from stadium.

Usually only a dozen get caught, pretty good odds, not much of a deterrant.

They need a few thousand cops doing roadblocks at all roads out of the area. Great revenue for the town!

Submitted by News 10NBC
Wednesday, January 12th, 2011, 12:08pm
Topics: Crime, News

Today, the last four defendants in the Robutrad scandal were arraigned on their grand jury indictments.

Raymond Arnold, Nicholas Fridrik, David Gerken and Simeon Roumpapas are all facing grand larceny. But all four cases are being handled in diversion ourt.
All four defendants are claiming some kind of drug dependence. There are hearings next week to see if they qualify for the diversion court.

The District Attorney’s office wants these cases prosecuted in regular court.

If he was really drunk, the brother should have left too to make sure he was ok. I don't know if they let people back in if he walked him out to the vehicle? I bet he wishes he would have now.
