How does Chief Moore know the car had lights and sirens on, was he in the car too???
And why can't the say which one was driving??? Is that part of the RPD's "No Snitch Code"???

And if the RPD say a teen was struck by a Rochester Police vehicle, what did the Teen or witness say happened???

The cop car was responding to assist a female officer who was being attacked??? This shows how crazy the RPD is and they only care about themselves, when they are actually employeed to protect US.

Well the D&C say "Witness accounts of the accident differ", as well as the boy has died.

I wish the media would do a story on who many accident the RPD get into, as I never hear of hardly any other department in accidents, but everyday I see a Crashed up RPD car.

The RPD atleast have to chage the rules on how they respond to a situation. Like in this case, where they say a woman officer needed help in a domestic situation, I'm will to be that every single RPD car in the city of Rochester was responding and driving like maniacs to get there.
Now, why would over 50 cars be needed in a situation like this??? Only a few cars that are the closest should be allowed to respond.

Maybe with the domestic calls that they had over the weekend, they thought time was of the essence. Thats terrible that the boy died. How tragic

Why was the teen riding in and out of traffic cutting in between cars doing wheelies and listening to his walkman with no helmet or light on his bike?

Does said teen have proof that the bicycle he was riding was his, could he produce proof that he legally purchased the bike or it was a gift from his Uncle for getting a "G" on his ebonics homework? Who gives all these homeless people shopping carts?

What were those cars doing parked on the side of the street when there was a perfectly good parking lot four blocks away that only charges a maximum of $5.50 a day but no parking after 5pm?

Is the teen going to be charged with obstruction for prohibiting those cops from assisting their fellow police officer?

Is the teen going to be ticketed with littering for leaving his shoes in the street as well as a decent sized hunk of scrap metal which at one point was a bicycle that may or may not be his?

From the pictures it looks like both directions of traffic was blocking and the cop car drove north in the southbound's parkinglane, hitting the kid on his bike right up near the curb in the parking lane.

I'd like to know how many cars responded to the lady cop in need of help???
I'd like to know if this cop car even told dispatch that they were responding before hitting the kid.
And what's up with the RPD refusing to say if it was the cop in training or the cop that was doing the training??? I guess that would tell you that it was a young white 19 year old from the burbs that had NO clue what he was doing and had only been driving a car for 3 years in the burbs so far.

And was there even a call of a lady cop in need of help??? Where was it??? What happened?? Was anyone arrested there??? Was this stupid cop even needed there??? Did this stupid cop stop right away???
How long did it take for other cops to respond to the boy??? Did they skip the boy and all 50 plus responded to the lady cop in need of help first??

Maybe we should hire little tiny young white girls from the burbs that can't handle themselves and always gotto call for help. You know she couldn't have been alone, 2 cop cars always respond to a 911 call.

I remember when that police officer was shot on the head RPD immediately took him on a police car to Rochester General hospital escorted.

My question is...why they took this boy to Strong? I don't get it. General is way closer than Strong.

*If they really were trying to save this boy's life they would have taken him to General.

The chief said (31 fox news) that when people hear sirens they should pull over...how a 14 years old boy is suppose to know this? he is not even old enough to get a learner permit.

And why every time police officers respond to a call they speed their way through driving like maniacs? I bet the situation wasn't even that serious.

I live around this area and last week I almost crashed to a police car who was speeding down N.Clinton Ave.(the same area this incident occurred) and he had no sirens on, his light were off and when I stop at the red light on N.Clinton and Upper Falls Blvd. I saw him turn left to the Upper Falls plaza.

*His final destination was the police station on Upper Falls Plaza
The pig probably was late to work to he put my life and other people's life at risk to get to work on time.

It doesn't matter if the boy didn't have a helmet or knee pads, 95% percent of the kids in the city don't wear these (because they think is lame and uncool), but that doesn't give RPD the right to hit them because they are on "their way". According to my neighbors he was near the curve and not in the middle of the street like these pigs say. So first of all, that's a lie.

And, why every time their is an incident 5-8 police cars have to show to the scene? That's so unnecessary.

***People from the suburbs***
You have no idea how it is to live around here. We get harassed everyday by police officers who have nothing else better to do than to drive around all day acting like they are our parents. They stop you for no reason. When you're talking to a neighbor outside and you're making too much hand gestures they stop you and ask for ID (we puertoricans have a habit of moving our hands too much and yelling when we are having a conversation, it may seem as arguing but is not). When we are walking around a drug area, they yell at us telling us to go home or asking us what are you doing here? I can't even walk my dog anymore without a police officer asking me what am I doing. They have no right to tell us what to do, simple as that.

Basically my point is RPD officers are controlling, abusive and they do what the f&^% they want. And I am so getting tired of it.

They won't answer her questions because they know they did wrong and they will not accept it.

And yes, it is about race.

Why every time I go visit my friend in Webster I don't see not one single patrol car.
But once I'm on my way home I see from 10-20 police cars driving like maniacs around this city.

Just because we live in the city, doesn't give them the right to respond to calls by driving like maniacs putting other peoples lives at risk.

Chief Moore, Duffy, and the RPD will investigate this kids death to see if the new recruit cop is at fault.

What do you think will be the findings of their investigation?????

This type of thing should be turned over to a different police agency. How can we expect them to investigate them self?? How can we expect them to find themself and the city civilly liable???

""""" we were acting within our protocols," said Chief Moore."""" "

Thats what all city cops say when they did something wrong.
Well, how do we know??? What are the Protocols???
Why don't they post the RPD Protocols or rule book on the internet so we can see it ourselves???

Are they affraid we will see rules in there that they always violate???

When you hear sirens, we are taught to pull to the right, to the side of the road. The kid was hit near the curb in the parking lane on the side of Southbound side of the road and the cop car was going Northbound. Can you picture that??? Can you picture the road is full of traffic at 4pm and a cop car speeding on the wrong side of the road in the parking lane???

If anyone has ever driven down N.Clinton between 3 pm and 8 pm its like playing Dodgeball Kids and adults alike criss cross the road without even looking. Atleast it was a cop who hit this young man and not a regular citizen who isn't trained to deal with this type of situation.

Well the RPD was saying the boy "darted out in front off the car", but now witnesses say the boy didn't dart out.
So, what was it??

Look out police...here comes Sharpton! Blaming whitey cops for a senseless death of a fellow black man. Too bad they ( blacks) don't get all uppity when they kill their own people.

I do not believe for a minute that a Female city cop was on a domestic call all by herself getting attacked and beat up.
So, why don't they tell the truth, instead of making look like this officer should have the right to drive the cop car through city residents to respond.
And right at that moment, how many city cop car were responding to her, and driving like a maniac??

I remember last year a new recruit in the RPD ran over and killed a kid in Henrietta on his way into work.
