Honestly, olderly people should be retested yearly (for a drivers license) and be restricted (if needed) in where or when they can drive.
I know this sounds harsh, and MANY will disagree....but the reality is that your ability to safely drive a vehicle deminishes over time.
Also, I have to wonder....if this was an average aged (say, mid 30's) person...do you think they would just be sent home...well, atleast without a ticket????

I wonder if they'll take away his license. A ticket, indeed. That guy already knows he'll be sued, bc he stated in local news that it was the 'tables' that struck all the people, not his car. Well, last I heard, if your car strikes something that then strikes something/someone else....you're at fault, still. Kind of like if I hit Pit Bull Lover (no offense, you're just standing here) and push Pit Bull into the guy in front of him/her at a stop light.

This reminds me of a time someone couldnt wait in line any longer at Walmart and then killed someone by slamming a door open to get to the item first. Unfortunately. The ladies around him/her became excited and didnt notice he/she hit someone.
