NY man charged in murder had violent history
A man accused of murdering an elderly college professor in Rochester had been out of prison for less than a month when the crime happened, and had behaved so badly behind bars that parole officials didn't want to let him go.

This murder is a prime example of why New York needs less gun control and more "thug" control.

New York State politicians don't care, all they care about is money and where is it going to come from. Holding criminals in prison is too costly for the state and they ignore the obvious.
