Man out on bail for allegedly raping 3 women arrested again

A Rochester man out on bail for allegedly robbing and raping three women he met through an online escort service in October 2011 was arraigned Thursday morning on more robbery charges.

Well it is getting cold and the best place for a black male to be in the winter. At the county hotel ,free bed ,heat ,meals, cable, health ins. phones. Its better then welfare but with even LESS responsibilities

If the POS rapes while he is out on bail the judge should have to serve the same amount of time as the animal he set run free on the streets. The POS was already out on bail and a liberal "judge" doesn't revoke his bail?? The POS used a pistol in his other crimes and is a danger to everyone around him.He shouldn't have gotten bail on his first charges. This "judge" should be thrown out of the legal system ASAP.
