A man who terrorized a family during a gunpoint home invasion has pleaded guilty and his aunt and a friend admit lying to give him an alibi.
The Erie County District Attorney's office says Friday that 29-year-old Rodney Curry of Buffalo has pleaded guilty to first-degree burglary. He faces up to 25 years in prison when he's sentenced Dec. 10.
Meanwhile, Curry's aunt, Cynthia Rashad, and a friend, Kelvin Mateo, could face a year in jail after pleading guilty to perjury. They told a grand jury that Curry was with them at the time of the violent 2011 break-in at the home of a woman and her two children.
Prosecutors say police used cell phone data to show they were lying.
Thank you Obama phones.

see, "Obama-phones" are being covertly used by L.E. to track and convict criminals. Then I say it's worth it if it took 3 scumbags off the streets and solved a violent crime.

Knee-grows, haven't come out of the trees all the way. They are evolutionary throw backs that need to be put in a zoo, and not let loose around good white people.
