1998 Xerox couldn't wait to promise a pkg deal that included flex health care. as we rushed off to a fincial planner and rolled our retirement money into a diversified plan. then a short time later lost a big amount of investments. now another broken promise and a big one for us with limited income. How can they justify giving the CEO millions for a bonus and leaving the rest of us in a quander of what to do next. sure hope she has some restless nights as she reads about one after the other of retired older people having to go on medicad.

Yep, this is the change they voted for. After paying the taxes necessary to pay for "free" healthcare for everyone, fix socialist security, hand out foreign aid all over the world, pay for amnesty for millions and millions of illegal aliens, and satisfy China's demand to stop printing worthless paper, they will be lucky to have some change left over in their paychecks. But this is what they wanted, their choice of president says so.

Xerox should be shunned in our community. It used to be a lot of things to its former employees, now it is a wreakage looking for a place to beach.

Class action suit!! Let's hope those retirees will prevail and Xerox is made to pay out for their ill will towards the employees who helped put them where they are now. Many of the originals are gone now, those who came after they retired in the 1980's deserve the same kind of treatment. Why would any employee now be motivated to keep bringing the company forward. What do they have to look forward to? Nothing!!!

I no longer feel pride for this company, and knowing my Father, and myself worked for them in their obviously better years it leaves a lot to be desired today.

Shame on Xerox!!!

These promises should never have been made. Wake up! There is no way the government or private employers can continue to cover the rising costs of people who have retired. Isn't there something called Medicare or Medicaid that already covers the health care costs of people over 65? You are never getting free government health care for
everyone it will bankrupt this country!

Why just Xerox? Right or wrong, this is the way of the future. A lot of companies do this now and many more will follow. Do I like it? No, I want to get all I can get for free. We all do.

But when people say they devoted their life to a company, and they are responsible for their success gets a little crazy. You were paid a salary and benefits for all the work you did for them. It was equal.

Well we just have to expect this from companies today. Anyone that retired with this "great" retirement package that could be changed on a whim should have had a backup plan. I have seen comments in here that some retries lost money in their investments also. Sounds like they should have had their money in more conservative investments. That has nothing to do with Xerox. The only guarantee is the money you actually and not what some big business promises you.

Perhaps Xerox would be doing a bit better financially if the County Executive had replaced all of Monroe County's copiers with new Xerox machines made 7 miles up the road in Webster rather than by Toshiba made 7000 miles across the ocean. WAKE UP people. YOU BROUGHT THIS on yourself.

Ursula is about as greedy as her good buddy, B. Hussein Obama.
In just a few days, Obama is headed out on a $4 million dollar Hawaiian vacation (paid for by the taxpayer)-- meanwhile there are 23 million unemployed and 48 million on foodstamps.
Ursula & B. Hussein -- two very greedy people.
